I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT authorized the account to be re-instated. Your company did that ILLEGALLY and WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I cancelled my services before January 12, 2017 and NEVER asked for the service to be re-instated nor did I use your services.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The trial started on August 10, 2017 and was supposed to end on August 17, 2017. The card ended in 4833. Your terms and conditions says that I can cancel online. I do not need to call in and be on the phone for 20 -30 minutes to cancel when your details says that I can cancel online. So far, I have convinced 3 people not to sign with Sling TV. Since I posted on your website, I have had several of your current customers inbox me to find out what happened. Since they have talked to me, they are considering cancelling as well. One unsatisfied customer is costing our customers. Your customer service is very lacking and your reception is not great.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It's frustrating that this disputed amount ($78.87) was incorrectly taken out of my account in the first place. Hours of my time spent in trying to get that refunded, nearly two months that money has NOT been in my account, and a generic message of offering me the $78.98 which is all I wanted in the first place. SlingTV's customer service is abysmal.
