I am rejecting this response because: [redacted]. I'm only rejecting it due to the fact that it's only been one hour. I will give it a few days to see if it continues to work. Because, it already is not working on data (which is faster than my wifi). But yes, as of now, it is working via wifi. I would love to be explained as to why it does not work on my data connection, which is 4x the required Mbps to stream your high speed service.

details on both the AirTV Player and the AirTV device. These are two separate devices and the webpage provides a link directly to AirTV’s website which offers more details on each device. The webpage is separated between the devices by some disclosures and the AirTV device section has a link to AirTV’s website with more specific details on that device. We apologize if this caused any confusion and have passed on feedback to our website design team to try to make this difference clearer in the future. I am rejecting this response because:My ROKU device is still connected and using sling account. The IP address & device ID which was provided to me could have been pulled recently from my connection after I asked for that information. I have seen similar complaints online where sling charges it customer without the customer ordering the PPV. The information provided still does not provide full evidence that on 12/02/2017 it was my account and device that has ordered the PPV. I am looking for the log information from your system for that particular day along with my IP address and device ID. I am still not able to understand your 2 step authentication process. The standard 2 step authentication includes taking customer approval before ordering anything from their account either by sending email / text or calling. It does not even ask for customers approval before taking any order. If the credit card information is there do you just go ahead and order the PPV without taking the consent from the customer. Also your system does not even provide the option of deleting the credit card details after something is purchased from the account. So it is a way of trapping the customers to keep their financial information on the account and then charging them with the amount without their consent.

[redacted]. I called [redacted] for Internet and SLING was pitched by that operator When my internet could not be installed and we had no internet to watch SLING I didn't think anything about it that was 10 months ago and I have been charged $21.95 a month since and have never even logged on so NO I DONT THINK $21.89 will cover and they put credit on a card I no longer have.
