On Feb 3rd 2016 I accepted the business response to this complaint. On Feb 18th I called customer service, as was one of the options in the business response, since I have not received my refund. I was told that they only do partial refunds not full. It has been over 2 weeks and I want the refund immediately. Please charge back to the visa.

I am rejecting this response because: First of all stop playing these BS games with me how many times you want to do the testing since January 11 2017 back and forth thru emails what ever you are telling me to do it I am doing whether to put the debug mode on in my sling tv app or to uninstall and reinstall the app I am doing it.If you see your system couple of times you disconnected my account and created a new account. I am really feed up of all your BS games so please stop playing these BS games and get me the 9X [redacted] and refund me the money from the time I took this hindi punjabi channel.
