I am rejecting this response because:it's absolutely ridiculous. You can fraudulently take people's money, but can't rightfully refund it. I'll never be doing business with this company nor will anyone I can ever tell about this incident.

I am rejecting this response because:Although Sling may not have a record of my cancellation & refund request, I have attached copies of my emails with them showing that I did, in fact, request cancellation and a refund twice. The first email request was made on Dec 1st and the second was made on Dec 4th (both of which they replied to but ignored the refund request). The first message references the Vikings/Cowboy game that was on Thursday night football on Dec 1st, which I was unable to watch with Sling on NFL Network as advertised and the main reason I subscribed to the service.
