The only reason I even had their TV streaming service is to watch my college team play on Saturdays. I missed the first half of the rivalry game of the year and I don't like that their customer service ignored my [redacted] private message which they have not responded to it yet it's been 3 days!!! Not to worry I have cancelled my service with Sling TV so I guess they can keep their $1.50 and their horrible customer service!

I am rejecting this response because: awful service-zero satisfaction- I can see if I called a week after the trial however I was 9 hours past week trial and still not happy with service- if review my account I haven't used your app for longer then an hour. I have never heard of a company unwilling to reimburse for a service not happy with or not using. HIGHLY not recommended- will past along to family, friends and social media world. Will never consider this company again due to lack of understanding and customer service.
