I am rejecting this response because:I accept the refund and account adjustment. However, they did not address the issue of the unethical practice of asking customers to give credit card info via email. I want them to address how they plan on fixing this issue so that they're not asking customers to risk their cc info and identities being stolen through such a non-secure data transfer method. I've never dealt with any supposedly legitimate company that would ask you to do this. As an information security specialist, this alarms me to the nth degree.

We cannot find any of the charges you are inquiring about. What was the picture you sent to the Revdex.com? Please send us more information, is this under a different email address than what you have provided? Is this under a different name, address, or Credit Card? If you do not recognize the charges, I would suggest checking with anyone in your household who might have access to your card information to ensure that they did not order the service without your authorization.
