I am rejecting this response because: we had a total lost of service combined that caused well over a 30 day loss of use. we were also promised this device by your staff as per the original complaint and untill this day we still do not receive the service we pay for as sling itself does not have enough bandwidth to serve its customers during times of high demand streaming and it causes pix-elation on some of there channels during prime time or a complete loss of service, I am also writing a formal complaint of the poor service to the major networks that allow sling to stream there service. we have paid hundreds of dollars to them in monthly fees and 80% of the time there service does not work correctly they are just beginning to fix all there glitches. we have commercial internet our newest contract from Comcast is for 75mbs

Can you please advise me how to go about returning the [redacted] device? I have the [redacted] device and charger, plus an intermediary attachment that is designed to connect the [redacted] to the tv in the event the male/female parts don't quite match. all in all that is 3 things to return. Is there anyway you can supply us with the shipping materials and shipping address? We will get these out as soon as possible so that you can fully refund the money paid. I appreciate and thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
