I am rejecting this response because:
Clearly clearly on my receipt it says one stream I have a screenshot of it it's for the same house and only one show can be streamed the last 2 times we have tried to use the $80 service that I was charged for even though I cancelled on time because nowhere in your contract does it tell you what time they are going to cancel it just tells you to cancel by a certain day..  so the two dates that we did try to use it I didn't even bother to contact you but I tried to watch a show called mad about you check out the time on how long it played I think it played for six minutes the two times I tried to watch one show and then quit.  Your terms and services says that this works with [redacted] however it does not work with [redacted] and there was no way I should have been charged at all I cancelled on time, & certainly did not want to continue a service that will not work on either my brand new smart TV nor my [redacted].  I would like a full list of everything that I watched please and how long it was on so that the Revdex.com can see that your shows don't stream very well at all and many people have this problem.  I want my money back this was a free two months trial and after 2 months I cancelled it.    I would also like a list of how many times it was used and I would like to see a list from the business showing that we could stream two shows at once different shows.  Because no we couldn't whatever was streamed on one device was streamed everywhere else in the house and program after program shut right off after starting.   Your advertising is faulty as well as your services.   You only corrected your terms of service after I pointed out that you do not note tell anybody a time where they should cancel by only a date just as you just did in your response to me did you tell me what time it would be cancelled on six six no did I care no because I can't use the service anyway so please get me a printout of every time I tried to watch mad about you and please get me a printout showing that the two accounts were not linked together as far as being one stream as it shows in my receipt.  And since you are a false company providing false TV under a false pretense trying to fool people into giving their debit card to you I would like my money back I recently logged into my account to make sure you did not have my debit card number anymore so that you couldn't charge me for another month of nothing.   Every single show I tried to watch shut off disconnected from my [redacted] my internet's fine I use [redacted] I use [redacted] all the time and I never have a problem.     Your service is not worth $40 not to mention $82 for the same service on two devices.  If it was two streams then I could see being charged twice however whatever he would stream would pick up on my devices as it says in my receipt if you need a screen shot I can include it it does not tell you a time to cancel by only a date and it is only saying that it's charging for one stream.  Even [redacted] lets people watch two different shows in two different rooms and it never fails you.     Please refund my money immediately!    False advertising is illegal and morally wrong.[redacted]
