I am rejecting this response because: I was promised this refund 2 weeks ago and after 10 days had not received it. Until the refund shows in my bank account, I will not accept this response. Previously they mentioned it could take 5-10 business days.

We show the account was cancelled on July 12, as you have mentioned, but we don't show any billing that has occurred on that account.   Can you please send us a copy of your Credit/Debit card statement showing the charges in dispute, along with the first six and last four numbers of the card in question?
