However, I do not know how to contact AirTV since I have had no direct contact with them. I travel 40+ weeks per year and will try to get this done ASAP but with me having to figure out how to contact AirTV and get the device returned and get a tracking number, it may take a couple weeks. If doing so will give me a full refund of $144, I will be satisfied with this resolution.resoluiton
