charges to your credit/debit card as Sling TV is a non-refundable prepaid service. When you called in on 11/29/2017, we removed the HBO services as you requested and informed you that a credit of $32.70 would apply towards the next month of service.In the restart process on Sling.com, it gives you the option to change your subscription on the first page. Once you have continued from choosing the subscriptions, you then are taken to the cart to review your subscriptions. In the review cart, it breaks down the services you have selected, including the main subscription and any extras and the cost for each of the services along with the total amount due now. Unless the "Submit Order" is clicked on the review page, the service does not restart. The charge which was processed upon you restarting was a valid charge and we are unable to refund for the services which are being provided. Stick on 12/13/2017. This provided a promotional code to get a free [redacted] Stick through [redacted]. The zoom function available on the Sling ** app is available to assist with the closed captioning. If you are having problems viewing the channels in the Guide, we recommend using the Channel view option instead of the Grid option. On the [redacted] app, go to the Guide, click the down button once, the up button once then the right button to get the Channel view option which has larger images and print. I'm not going to turn down the refund. However, it seems ridiculous that the company categorically denies refunds initially and yet readily offers them when it escalates to the Revdex.com. Their business practices need some serious work to prevent this from happening in the first place.
