I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response previously given. I cancelled on 10/11/17 then again on 10/17 after being charged. I did not receive email confirmation either time. It doesn’t address the poor customer service either. If I am not contacted with a different follow up plan I will file a dispute with [redacted] and contact the Attorney General

Upon reviewing the sales call we show the customer services representative did give you all...
the information about the channels and promotions which included the 2 month prepay for the free Roku. When you let him know you did not want to do that just yet he offered the 7 day free trial. He disclosed when you asked him if you needed to call back to cancel that you can manage and cancel your account online or through a representative but would need to be cancelled by 11/25/2017. As you agreed to the 7 day free trial and the terms of use we are unable to refund the disputed charges.

You can continue using your Sling TV service for the remainder of your prepaid two months of service until March 4, 2018. I am rejecting this response because:Sling TV/Dish Network [does] have the ability to refund charges, but they choose not to in my case. As I stated before, I set up one account for my DISABLED daughter to use; but somehow two accounts were created. My daughter is the only household member that watches the Sling TV - on her computer and cell phone. Anyone in their right mind would know 2 accounts under one roof IS a mistake. Therefore, the standardized response/comment from Sling TV is not acceptable. Based on consumer complaints, I can’t possibly imagine why government agencies refrain from holding Sling TV/Dish Network accountable for their actions; in fact, they have come to believe as long as they don’t admit wrong doing, they are without fault. Seems to work for most anyone these days in legal disputes.
