I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am happy with the refund of $115.90. Alrhough, I have already been in contact with my bank to cancel the card associated with the account because I didnt want sling charging my account anymore. So the only way you would be able to refund me is by mailing the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in the complaint. The lack of information SLing posted about the offer lacked needed information. I truly wished I had reviewed this so called business prior to even trying SLing. SO many complaints about this "company" . The [redacted] advertisement showed 1 month free trial. When signing up, it doesn't state you have to sign up a certain way. It appears many others feel the same about this "service" being a scam to consumers. I am still disputing the billing.

selected. We have made an update to our Guide recently where you may be seeing the same channel in the Orange Single Stream and Blue Multi Stream parts of the guide. You can see the difference between the packages because the Sling Orange channels will have one orange dot below the channel logo and the Sling Blue will have three blue dots. If you are trying to watch any channels with one orange dot below the logo on more than one device at a time, you will see a message appear that will not let you. However, if you select any of the channels with three blue dots below the channel logo, you will not encounter this error. For your trouble, we can offer you a refund for one week of service in the amount of $11.66. I am rejecting this response because: I am not interested in a credit to my account. I appreciate your interest in resolving this dispute, but the only thing I am interested in is a full refund to my credit card. Once a refund has been issued, I will be glad to accept a response indicating my credit card has been refunded. Please understand that I believe I am entitled to a full refund because I signed up for a seven-day free trial, and I cancelled my account on the seventh day of my trial. Therefore, I should never have been charged. When I contacted customer service, I should have been given a full refund. When I asked to speak to the floor manager's supervisor after she refused to give me a refund, I should have been transferred to someone who had the authority to give me a full refund. I do not accept an account credit at this time. I am only interested in a full refund to my credit card.

I am rejecting this response because: the company gave no credits for the months after we canceled.  While we did not keep a record of cancellation (nor apparently receive one), my husband and I had a phone call with SLING TV to cancel-- a very friendly young woman gave us the information for various options but we did not press her for a confirmation number.  I can tell you I am highly disappointed with this service and have never seen a customer service business like this.
