you we do not accept prepaid cards and you can buy a Sling TV Gift card to start up an account. On help.sling.com when looking up information on Gift cards are article “How does my Sling TV Gift card work?” it does state Gift cards cannot be used toward prepaid promotions. We apologize for any confusion this has caused and have forwarded your feedback about the website. With Sling TV only one promotion can be used at a time and Gift cards are a promotional offer they cannot be used during the same time. As your account is paid up till 05/14/2018 at 06:38 PM EDT with the 3 month prepay promotion, what we can do for you is cancel the account at end of the billing cycle to avoid future charges on the card on file.
