I am rejecting this response because:I was very clearI expect a full refundI raised my concerns before the start of the new billing periodYou ignored me for a very long timeI had to email, and email, and email - finally after a Revdex.com escalation I finally have your attentionAnd you offer me half of what I am owed?Had you responded to my initial concerns in a timely manner and not ignored me for the first part of the billing period, we wouldn’t even be hereI will continue to push until I receive a full refund
