I am rejecting this response because I never re signed up for your services My credit card will dispute the charges further I will never sign up for services and will discourage people from doing so in the futureI know your business model preys on people not noticing charges to their accounts Slamming is illegal and I hope your unethical business practices surfaces sooner than later

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The response does not in any way address anything referenced in the complaintYour suggested course of action bears upon me the same burden as the initial action that resulted in the complaintYour suggested course of action is not possible due to the restrictions indicated in the complaint--restrictions you've imposed OUTSIDE OF the stated terms and conditionsYour suggested action does not address the essence of the complaint: Your are essentially now requiring that we make a commitment far above what was advertised for the offerYour suggested action completely ignores that YOUR company representative expressly advised me to purchase the gift card for the stated purpose of opening the account to take advantage of the promotion; if the gift card wasn't to be accepted for that purpose, your representative should not have REPEATEDLY advised and confirmed that it could be used in that fashionThe offer is was clearly listed for a Roku Streaming Stick (2016); your suggested action has replaced that device with a Roku Express, an inferior device with much less market value.I am not sure if you were unclear about the original complaint, or if you have actively chosen to entirely ignore the core issues therein.The crux of the issue:A) I have a purchased VISA card that I sought to use to accept your offer of the Roku Streaming Stick, but there were difficulties with the site and it was not accepted.B) I called YOUR support line and YOUR company representative advised that I would need to purchase a Sling gift card to take advantage of the offer.C) I purchased the Sling gift card and was then advised that the gift card cannot be used to take advantage of the offer--contradicting what was clearly stated several times over in earlier discussion with your company.D) I was then told that I had no option to take advantage of the offer because your company has terms that significantly differ from your posted terms.E) I now have a Sling gift card that I cannot use and cannot return--a card that was purchased only because YOUR company told me that it would ensure my ability to claim the offer.It is unacceptable for you to specifically tell me to purchase this non-refundable card to take advantage of the offer, and to then tell me that the card isn't valid for accepting the offer.Having the clear advertisement and stated terms, and then changing those terms after I have financially invested is the functional equivalent of both advertising and a bait and switch. Everything since that point has been clearly poor customer service. I'm hoping that someone there will own up to your advertisement and the words of your employees and do the right thing here. The purchased gift card is only valid for use with your company, and serves no other purpose.The original product advertised should be sent per the advertised terms and conditions
