I am rejecting this response because:Like I've stated to sling customer support on several occasions and now on this Revdex.com here again...AI did not receive an email when I signed upBMy sling.com account informed me my account would renew it not cancelled before Jan 11:pmI cancelled on Jan 6:44pm and have that cancellation email that states that and not 8:am like in your response.My Revdex.com complaint is why did my sling.com account state it would renew if not cancelled BEFORE Jan 11:59pm and NOT Jan 2:am? If my account stated the correct cancellation info when logging in I would have cancelled before the Jan 2:am deadline.

I am rejecting this response because: When a customer calls for upgrade of more channels,go from Orange to blue should indicate there's one accountThis email excuse is not a good way to track systems in useOne house hold when I took the service out could have several boxes so why accounts and an upgrade you still have the smaller channel line up plus the addsMy service was supposed to end 2/29/ON 2/12/service was cut offI called ,Sling had to tell me my email to get it to go to the 29thIf I had another account would still have serviceThey also use name and last digits of credit card to find your accountHow stupid do they think I amThe they stole from my account was not monitored closely enough,I will give them that but life has been crazy with parents needing our care of lateHow many people gets scammed like thisIf Sling doesn't value there paying customers and the will pay someone's wages for a day to give customers lame excuses then they can keep my money
