I am not sure what else I can do in this situation. I was able to successfully cancel my subscription online, received a message (on screen) telling me that my cancellation was confirmed and the date that it would be effectiveI never received a separate email or other correspondenceI was unaware that I was to expect thatObviously, Sling has a technology issue that makes it unable to properly (fully) process my request or even be able to look up my IP and see the attemptAs a network administrator I will say that it should not be very hard for them to see their mistakeIn fact, I also tried to remove my payment method from their site after the second cancellation and they have not figured out a way to do that. If not fraudulent it is at the very least, incompetenceI will not be following up on this but rather concentrating my efforts to alert others as to this companies business practices. As a consumer we put our trust in those that have a direct line to our finances and when that trust is abused, by fraud or incompetence, it is a bad day for allThanks for your time in this matter.
