To Sling TV :This has been an unnecessary and bitter experience.Things should have not gotten to this point at all, the very first call to the customer service should have resolved this.The customer service team understood the problem but did nothingAnd most hilarious thing about this problem is that this was supposed to be a LG Promotion .Hope LG is aware of the pain this promotion is causing to their TV buyersI am not sure how Sling TV can be viable player in this digital market when the service is so bad.I am very very disappointed with Sling TV

I have accepted the $a month for monthsBut, Need them to fix the problemIf every ip address in the whole country was from a different location than the address where the costumer lives, then the costumer would get a different programing on local channelsfor instants if someone lives in south CA and their ip is from north CA they would get local chanes (news and weather) from north CA... They need to go by the address where the costumer livesThey need to ask what major city is closer to them or where they get their local channels fromLike I live in Grimes county which is in Houston (right outside HoustonHouston is made up of a lot of countys (a dosen or more counties) I'm south of Navasta.. and Fox is my local news also abc 13, khou etc,etc... THANLS

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, had Sling's system sent out a cancellation confirmation email showing my cancellation within the day trial period I would have a record of this wouldn't I? Their system does not acknowledge cancellation within the trial period They acknowledge your cancellation after this time because they've already got your money Sorry sling, you have the records showing I never used your service after I cancelled within the day trial period and we aren't paying a dime to you We will continue to fight this until you remove all charges

I am rejecting this response because:While I cannot hear on the phone my husband called on that date because we were having issues with sling tv not showing up on our tv periodWe verified via phone that the account was cancelled and I would no longer have service after Dec 7thMy husband had an account too but you lost our entire household of service because you keep charging usNot only that I reread the cancellation notice and it says that if I do come back I would get $offSo that did not happen eitherMy household has been paying more than $a month to sling tvThe reason I know we did not want your service beyond the 7th is because we were only going to use my husband's accountNow we don't want your service periodThe reason we ended up with accounts is because we could not get his service to work so we added me to watch just one showWe thought his has been cancelled when in fact it had just been a problem on your end with the appI want my money returned periodReturn my moneyReturn my moneyI consider this to be a theftI am mad enough with your company I will take you to small claimsI may end up paying more up front to get my money back but in the end sling tv is going to pay for taking money out when we cancelledI am not sure what part of we don't want your service you don't understand but I am telling you I will take it as far as needed to get back that money.
