I am rejecting this response because: I had no intention of signing up for a two month subscription. At no point was I notified that requesting a *** would result in a two month subscription. Further, I requested to cancel the order before the charge had even processed, thus no "refund" was actually required. Sting TV's practices are at the very least deceitful, if not outright criminal.

Hello Mr*** ***, We received notice of your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with usWe have reviewed the account under the provided email and show it was started on a day free trial on 12/24/at 2:AM EST and renewed for the monthly service on the early morning of 01/23/at 2:AM EST before it was cancelled on 01/23/at 8:AM ESTWe have no record of any attempt to cancel prior to this dateWhen an account is created, there is a welcome email sent providing details of the account including the renewal date and timeWhenever an account is cancelled, there is a confirmation email automatically sentOur records indicate the account is being used on multiple devices up until today 1/31/We will be unable to refund any charges for the services on this account, however it is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period to prevent any additional chargesPlease don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
