I am rejecting this response because:I did not make an account in December nor did know of what this company was until I noticed the charge in MayMy cell phone was stolen in in November that had my email address on it so I was not aware of this transaction let alone approved itThe account it was made with is a gmail account I have not had access to in over a yearI have explained this to my bank who state that it shows that email address I no longer have access toI have repeated myself more then enough time I would really like my money backI should not have to stress over $Any reputable business would obligeSling TV is a pointless subscription it is not all something I would use it looks worse then cableUpon taking to the sling representative she stated the account was active on an iPhone that I do not have and a firestick that I do not ownI mean what other proof is given other then an email address? This company dose not have my SSI and think that emails can not get hacked it's not that hard especially on cellphones.
