I am rejecting this response because:Of course it's my responsibility, which I followed through on several timesWhen I attempted to cancel my account with the small windows of time I had available to me during my trial period I was locked out of my accountI did this three times and did not have time to go searching for the other ways to fix a problem that you causedIt's your responsibility to ensure your website and accounts are working correctly, and seeing as they were not, it is still not my fault that I was unable to cancel my account in the proper window because you made it impossible to do easily and independentlyThe fault still lies with your websiteHaving an inhumane customer service policy is also a problem you seem to haveDo not say the responsibility lies with me when the equipment that I need to fulfill said responsibility doesn't work and I have to go out of my way to figure out what the problem is

My question is why is the indian subscription charged differently than the american subscription???? First of all I work full time and have no time to watch TVThe only reason I subscribed is because my favourite indian reality show season starts in october and ends in decemberI need your service only for monthsI dont need a month service and I dont want to pay for something I will not be able to useDo not tell me you charged me months upfront because of the free rokuYou guys do not know that I have an american husband who also has an account with you guys and thought you can charge me $upfrontLet me tell you this: I am not going to be a victim of your ugly business practiceI want my money refundedI will ship your free roku back to you as soon as you refund my moneyAlso, explain all your charges in detail.
