I am rejecting this response because:This is the same cut and paste type of response I was getting beforeAs I have made very clear, since I canceled the service before I should ever have been charged for it, I also discarded any and all e-mail associated with sling soon thereafterI had no reason to believe at any time that I would need them any further and therefore I have nothing to provide you in the way of a cancellation confirmationI DO THIS WITH ALL COMPANY/SITE INFORMATION THAT I NO LONGER USE OR NEEDI would not put forth this kind of effort if I weren't fighting for what I believe is rightI am asking for the full amount of $179.94, not a penny moreI am asking that the company be fair [especially after confirming a lack of usage over the last three months], as I am beingIt cost the company nothing to provide this service as the service was not provided nor usedI am asking that the company actually listen to a fair requestOffering one month return is really quite insulting still, placing a very low amount on the value of its customersIf I did not feel that I have a legitimate complaint and request, I would not pursue it, but to the contrary, I find that my request is very reasonableI wouldn't go to a retail store with a return and hope to only get 33% of my money backIf I didn't use it, I should get all of it backI did not use your service because I believe, in good faith, that we cancelled the service prior to the end of the trial periodTherefore, months of non-use should equal months return

I am rejecting this response because:Do you ever listen to your customers or notYou just are copying the same thing over and againI was charged wronglyWe never do watch these fights, nor did anyone else in my house or by mistakeI was not even at home when this charge happenedAnd sling tv is handled by my in our home not by my yr old child in case you think he had ordered the fight for his viewing. Have you open your facebook forum or any previous Revdex.com issue against youThere have been complaints already that their account was charged for some *** which they did not order which is same as my caseYou are just sticking to one thing that you dont do refund and adamant on thatJust try to listen what the other party has to sayMoreover the *** that was charged for that fight has not even started, you could already refund that since no one has seen it Just for once try to be consumer friendly are try resolve the issueWhat other option you have here, you give me months of free service to adjust this amountThat would do for me
