The customer is not eligible for the amount , We have already approved the customer for the max policy limit for the claimWe did try to reach out to the customer but they will not speak to us

The customer was advised that we do not cover leaks on Hot Water Heaters and the we would still offer a courtesy payment.The Terms of Agreement clearly state that leaks are not covered and we discussed the issue with the policy holder as well.The customer was provided this information, at anytime before purchase and directly after the customer could have reviewed all terms and cancelled for a full refund, our policy is available at any time on our website.Select Home Warranty did offer on a non-covered issue, if the cusotmer requests to cancel they will be subject to cancellation procedures per the Terms of Agreement

I am rejecting this response because: That is the same excuse they gave me last year on another complaint after Revdex.com
contacted the. I asked my tenant if he received anything from Select Home Warranty in the mailHe said no he has not received anything. They never mailed the check Please have them send the check to the address on the Refund and Release Agreement

Because they offered dollars now for dollars l paidAlso they increased the settlement amount for dollars for the microwave ehich is also not acceptableIts an expensive over the counter built in mictowave with sensor technologyAs per the agreement a technician should come and try to repair it and then make decisions if its not repairable But these things never happenedAlso they told me built in microwaves and garbsge disposals are not covered which is slso not correctEvery time someone is calling me and giving more surprising answersIf this was the case then I would not have tsken the policySo l sm telling them to cancel the policy and give me back my entire money or resolve the issue

Select Home Warranty has advised the customer that we do not cover any items outside of the home, we offered the cusotmer as a courtesy payment towards the repairs

We have already approved the customer claim for the policy max of $The customer requested a full refund but is not eligible for oneWe will waive the cancellation fee for the customer. We have gone above the policy terms for the customer

Select Home Warranty would be more than happy to move forward with the claim once we have sufficient maintenance recordsSee Below:This Agreement does not cover any systems or appliances that have had previous repair or that require repair or replacement as a result of improper installation,
previous repair, damage caused by any construction activity, improper wiring, inadequate or lack of capacity, power failures, power surges, overloads, missing parts, failure to properly maintain, failure to properly clean, neglect, misuse, corrosion, rust, sediment and any modification to the system or applianceYou are responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning by a licensed technician on covered items to ensure continued coverage on such itemsSelect reserves the right to request prior years (3) maintenance records and/or pictures.We did offer the customer a courtesy payment we only received one record and we do require at least previous years records, or if you have been on the home less than years we would accept the home inspection and maintenance records for time that the customer has been in the home.The customer is more than welcomed to give us a call to discuss any options in order to resolve this matter

II never personally spoke to anyone from this business..that is 100% falseAs a customer of the business that had representation when sending a contractor out
that was totally against the warranty company in which I had paid a service charge to...I am requesting my service charge payment back as well...as this contractor only bashed the warranty companyAs my complaint stated that I attempted to contact a manager on different occasions and only to be told a manager would call me back..I have not received a call from a managerI want my service charge fee back because I didn't receive any service ..the contractor told me nothing and stated he doesn't call the warranty to tell them about what needed to be fixedThus company is very bogus and I will continue in contacting whatever process in order to get my monies backI do not accept the response se from this company

I am rejecting this response because: The claim was for an AC which IS heating and coolingThe contract says for heating and cooling the cap is $The email I got explaining why they could not reimburse said becasue I didnt have months of recordsRegardless, when sold the policy I wasnt made aware of a $cap in the first three monthsI wasnt made aware that they had a cap at allI was led to believe that they would cover the enitre expense of appliance repair/replacement

A new technician has been assigned to the customers claimThey went out to the customers home on 8/16/and provided a diagnosis
