Select Home Warranty has been in touch with the customer to try and resolve the matter, we have recently received his invoice and we are reviewing the claim

We have reached out to the customer numerous times and have not heard backThe customer may reach out to mr *** at ###-###-#### for help

I am rejecting this response because: I have never filed any claims this whole yearThis Hot Water heater was my first claim. They use advertising that you will never have to worry about an appliance failing Then they claim it was leaking to get out of their responsibility to repair or replace. I need to be reimbursed the cost of the replacement water heater $ in order to rectify this problemReceipt will be provided upon request

This contractor has been paid and no lien will be put on the house

For security purposes credit card terminals do not allow for the same exact refund amount to go thru more than one timeThis is the reason for the differnt amopuntsWe have credited an additional cents back to the customer

First the customer did receive a copy of their contract which was signed by the customerThe customers contract clearly states that their deductible was $not $Please also refer to section of your signed warranty contractIt clearly states springs are not covered:Garage Door
OpenerThis Agreement covers the following garage door opener components: (i) control board; (ii) motors; (iii) chains; (iv) belts; (v) gears; (vi) pulley; (vii) sheave fork; (viii) axle bolts; and (ix) switchesExcluded: (i) garage doors; (ii) springs; (iii) brackets; (iv) tracks; (v) rails;The customer has been informed that their claim was denied as springs are not covered under their warranty contractThe customer had already contacted our office and requested to cancel their policyTheir warranty has been cancelled per section of their signed warranty agreementAs soon as their refund check is issued it will be mailed outNo additional funds due at this time

We spoke to the customer and have approved a $reimbursement towards the claim

The technician was approved to make repairsAfter the approved repairs were done the technician stated that the unit was still not workingPhotographs were requested from the customer which were received on 9/6/Since the unit is no longer worth repairing the customer has been approved for an
allowance towards the replacement unitThe maximum approved amount is $We already started the process for the reimbursement and have sent you the necessary documents to signHowever, in order to receive the check we will need an invoice from the customer once the replacement unit is installed so that we can issue their check

The customer has been approved a reimbursement towards their claimAs soon as we receive their signed reimbursement we can have the check issued and mailed to the customer

We did speak with the customer and explained the reimbursement amountIf the customer does not receive her check by Tuesday , we can stop payment and put the credit back to her credit card

On 10/09/the customer place a claim for the ** MonogramStove, we assigned *** ***, who is licensed to work on ** Appliances,but not a direct employee of ***The original diagnosis was said to be an electrical surgewhich caused the Thermostat and the Hi Temperature Cut Out to
bedamaged. Originally we offered the customer a courtesy payment of125.00, due to the diagnosis we received of electrical power surge, which isnot covered by the policy.*** *** did complete the repairs with both parts, Thermostat and Hi Temperature Cut Out.The customer emailed us on 11/20/and stated that theoven was still not working and that an additional part needed to be approved,if we could speed up the approval process.On 1/14/we received an email from the customer statingthat they had called out a ** technician and was told the oven could haveexploded. The customer also stated thatwe were responsible for the diagnosis and repairs made by the technician.The technician we contracted has been working with us foryears and has completed many repairs for many different customers without ever receivinga complaint, if there was something that was done in error, they could havecontacted *** *** directly and speak with him regarding the repairs thatwere made. The technicians we sent to the customers residence has nevergiven Select Home Warranty any issues with any repairs they have ever made, andall work provided by technician is warranted by the technician for days aswell as if there are issues with the repairs the customer can call them directlyto have it looked at free of charge.Select Home Warranty is more than willing to work on this matterfurther if given a chance, our last conversation with the customer on 1/22/2015was regarding sending out a Release Form for the amount of

The customer had a issue that was not covered under the policyThey have requested to cancelWe have canceled the policy and have refunded last months payment

Select Home Warranty did attempt to contact the customer in July when the last payment was due, again , the customer called in to provide a new credit card number.When a customer is billed it is their responsibility to make sure they have been charged for the payments they have agreed upon, we send an email and a courtesy call.On 7/31/the customer was aware of the issue with the and was aware that the charge should have been debited. We are apologetic that the customer does not agree with the way the matter was handled, we did inform the customer of the matter and would have been more than happy to resolve the issue personally

No I have not received the check I was told it was sent January29, & then told it was sent February 8, Any way no check just a bunch of liars *** ***

We have scheduled a tech to go out to the home
