I see that this compliant has been closed out as unresolved as the contractor contacted the customer to cancel the appointmentIt is not our fault that the contractor cancelled the appointmentIn addition, when this contractor cancelled the appointment the customer did not notify us of the situation so that we may resolved this issue accordingly

I am rejecting this response because: THE PROBLEMS WERE HANDLED INAPPROPRIATELY FROM THE BEGINNINGTHE RESPONSE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT TO RETURN MY MONEY FOR A REPAIR WHICH I PAID FOR AND WAS TO BE REIMBURSED....THE FIRST REQUEST FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT WAS MADE IN JANUARY. IT WAS IGNORED UNTIL THE THIRD REQUESTWHEN FOR THE THIRD TIME I SENT THE REQUIRED PAPERS IN THEY STATED I WOULD RECEIVE A CHECKIT WAS NOT MAILED WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AND AFTER A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE MAILED, I HAVE EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE FROM MY INITIAL CONTACT AFTER I PURCHASED THE POLICYI BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE OF ALL THE MISTAKES I SHOULD RECEIVE AT LEAST THE $WHICH I AM OWED FOR THE REPAIRA REFUND OF $DOES NOT COVER ANY PART OF MY DISTRESS OR THE MONEY I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN WHEN I MADE THE REQUEST FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE REPAIR

I believe that your company is offering fraudulent warranty coverageI have lived in the house for 1/years so it's impossible for me to provide you with the years worth of records you are requestingI have the inspection report from the inspection that was done before we closed, but did not keep the paperwork for the one time (prior to my warranty purchase) that we had the unit cleanedWhy would I keep this piece of paper? In the off chance that I decide to purchase a warranty and just happen to need this one piece of paper? Absolutely ridiculousYour contract indicates "we reserve the right to request maintenance records", however your request in this instance is bullying just so you don't have to pay the $towards my new unitNot all things are black and white in lifeI have no control over what service was conducted or not conducted on the unit prior to my ownershipI will never purchase your warranty again and your name will go out on every message board and email group I belong toYou should not be in businessIn addition, I have left messages for a manager to call me to discuss this and my calls have gone unreturnedPerhaps another solution could be offered if you bothered to actually speak with meYou are a fraudI will not accept anything other than the $I am due

I am rejecting this response because: This order was written with the agreement that for the premium basically all appliances were coveredNo contract was sent until after the problem with the acThere was never a mention of records until after the factWe bought the house months ago and if this information was disclosed I never would have paid the premiumI just spent over $to replace what they told me was covered. So in conclusion I feel this company is a total scam and should not be allowed to deceive othersTheir offer of a $was a joke !!!

It is a way for the business to deceive the customer and not have anything coveredI am highly disappointment in the practices of this business and a good example of how they can take advantage of peopleI will make sure the public is well aware of their deceiving natureThis will cost them far more than a few hundred dollars it would have taken to cover the repair

The customer laced a claim for his ovenHe was already approved for the policy limit for this claimPlease see section of the terms. For appliances, plumbing and electrical (non-heating or cooling) in the first three months a $repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the
customer There are no more funds due to the customer at this point

Select Home Warranty received a diagnosis from our technician that the pool pump was in bad condition and the that pump was was rusted out.See Below:This Agreement does not cover any systems or appliances that have had previous repair or that require repair ment as a result of improper
installation, previous repair, damage caused by any construction activity, improper wiring, inadequate or lack of capacity, power failures, power surges, overloads, missing parts, failure to properly maintain, failure to properly clean, neglect, misuse, corrosion, rust, sediment and any modification to the system or appliance

The customers $reimbursement check was mailed out on 5/24/check #***We have checked with the bank and the customers check was never cashedI went ahead and issued a stop payment on this checkPlease advise where you would like to have this check mailed out to otherwise we ill have it
re-mailed to the property address on file

They should provide me the technician as per the contractIf I have to get my technician what's the purpose for taking warranty from their companyDo they really have any contractors who are willing to work woh their companySeems to be they don't even want to work with themYesterday I provided number for GE appliance repair center to their supervisor and when I checked with them they were available to come on Monday So why don't they reach out to them and schedule an appointment for meThey just don't want to pay for the repair I guess otherwise to find a technician should not be a problem.for best company as advertised on their websiteI need a technician from them as I don't trust them that they will reimburse my cost. Ask them how long they can take to find one? Just give me exact timeThey promise to find one in 24-hours as per policyIf they need contacts of local technician I can googl that from them if they are short of people who can do this job

I am rejecting this response because: The unit has been having issues as long as I have Select Home Warranty they have been sending low-cost technician and kepg repairing it versus change in itSelect Home Warranty left my children and myself without heat for months the AC unit has a problem with the compressor which is covered under the home warranty however Select Home Warranty has denied me! they also put in a wrong information into the diagnosis in order to tweak the system to deny my claim
