Select Home Warranty did request proof of payment for the maintenance records, we require payment information from the customer, we do reserve the right to request this information.We did reach out to the customer on 1/26/to discuss the matter further, but, they never contacted us back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I feel that the company ONLY TOOK THIS ACTION BECAUSE OF THIS COMPLAINT I consider the behavior by Select Home Warranty to be well below satisfactory Having to wait days without a working shower was RIDICULOUS Again, nothing was done until I complained to the Revdex.com I will never do business with this organization in the future, and would like a way out of my contract, because I do not believe they are acting in harmony with their agreement

While I do accept the business's response, I do not agree with it. I am only being reimbursed $(prorate)
because I purchased the warranty in December and it was March when I cancelled. During those few months I submitted a claim and the business never followed through with the claim. It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com and notified them that I would be cancelling did they email me an agreement to sign absolving them of all liability. According to their reps, after I signed this agreement then they would finally reimburse me for the claim. If wanted to cancel and be imburse me for the claim, they would "take the balance of the claim and the time and subtract that from the amount I would receive". I decided that it would be best to take the loss and just cut ties this business since we do not agree. This is my statement and why I am accepting this business's offer. To be clear I am essentially pay for three months of warranty and receiving nothing in return
The customers credit card was refunded on 6/for the full amount charged

I just spoke with male rep, Mr***, regarding canceling, who was EXTREMELY RUDE to me on the phone and I told him I would be handling this through the Revdex.comWill you please confirm if my services are cancelled and the address this is being sent to?

The customer placed the claim for the plumbing issue on 10/10/- our policy states to allow -hours to assign a technician.The customer called in to cancel the policy on 10/13/2015, we assigned a technician the customer never called to state they were too far nor that they could not get to the customer
Hello if they say they can provide me a warranty servive I'm going to try again if they say that they made me offer to cancel with the contract rules of cancelation because I will lose over dollars So I will try to get them to Horner there contract by providing me service as there contracts state Which they will fix my problems under the contact and they need to provide the person to fix the problem I Justin have to pay to get the problem fixed and get them to reimburse me , that not what a warranty for if they what to follow there contract then they need to do what it says find someone that will Horner their contract to do the work, they shouldn't sell contracts to people if they can't Horner what it says about being a warranty ,they need to send someone to fix my problems, don't you think B it is it legal for them to keep my money and they don't honor there contract they sold which was to send someone to my home and fix the problem that is covered under my warranty, So again I will contact them again to send someone to fix my electric that I have been trying to get done This just one thing I have more things that need look at so, I will contact them , please contact them again I'm going to try again So please contact them that I will contact them again thank you *** ***
