Does not solve the fact that it took weeks and contacting the Revdex.com to get them to finally send out a techWhen they sent
the tech out, I paid for additional coverage of plumbing fixturesThey do not cover labor for the installation of the fixture (shower faucet) and only authorized the tech $for a replacementA shower faucet cannot be purchased for under $and that is not for a comperable faucet that is currently in my homeSelect also denied the claim to replace the leaking water line valve in my basement ceilingStating that I do not have fixture coverageI purchased the additional fixture coverageI WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACTI have to pay the differance of the cost of the faucet, and still pay for the tech laborSelect still has not sent a tech out for the leaking valvenor have they offered to pay for a replacement valve in the ceiling of the basement

The customers signed reimbursement form was received on 11/1/It does normally take business days to receive a checkHowever, I did expedite the process and a check should be scheduled to go out to the customer within the next few days instead of days which would be DecemberAs soon as
their check is printed it will be mailed out

refund difference wound up being $41.99, not the $I was inistially advised it would beAlso, as previously stated, I am requesting the total back because I was not made aware of this companies contractual stipulations until I made a claim....which couldn't be made until days after becoming a member..Which was also the amount of time I had to cancel w/out penatly. I feel I should have been given these stipulations in the beginning, when I had time to decide if your services wouls suit me. Thank you,

Mr*** from our office spoke with the customer and the customer was explained why their claim was deniedThe customer was explained the coverages and now understands the policy terms
The customer placed the claim on 09/14/2015, we did find a technicianbut his service call fee was 125.00, the customer is still within their firstdays, in which they have a cap of 150.00.The technician that is in our network is about a half anhour away, we did advise this to the customer and
suggested that they had theoption to contact a local technician and get the work done, the customer statedthey would and then changed their mind.Select Home Warranty advised the customer that thetechnician that could come out immediately was available and they charged125.00, being that the customer has a cap, the trip charge alone woulduse up most of the amount.The customer still refused to get their own technician, andwe had not from them after trying to reach out to them on 09/29/2015.The customer did have coverage, since they purchased thewarranty in 06/05/and we did offer an alternate resolution to thecustomer, which they refused.Select Home Warranty will issue a refund per the Terms ofAgreement

prorated amount refunded in the amount of $is not the issue I did in fact cancel this scam of a policy The issue is, they still have not refunded me the service call per my policy In addition, the customer service rep informed the service technician to proceed with work for $ At which point they advised me to send invoice over for reimbursement I was covered during this time I canceled my policy in which they refunded $after repeated complaints, to be exact The $was my prorated amount of my policy, not my claim that has not been paid.Again, these guys are a scam It has been reported by many people including personal friends This company needs to be closed down and I will do everything I can to insure this happens They owe me $and they will never hear from me again

Correct, just like it has been stated under the Terms and Conditions section 9.1.2, quoted "This policy covers mechanical breakdowns"For this very same reason it should be noted that the claim submitted for the A/C repair/replacement is valid and should have been honoredI provided all Maintenance receipts and documentation that was requestedI followed all protocol set by Select Home Warranty (SHW) in the Terms and Conditions ContractThe A/C unit had a mechanical breakdown within the scroll compressor conductive winding that caused a malfunctionPer section 9.1.2, this claim is valid and should be honoredFull replacement or Repair of the said a/c unit should be granted per the Terms and Agreement ContractIf SHW will not honor the claim per reasons that are null and void then at least ALL payments and transactions, including ALL taxes and fees paid upfront by me should be refunded in FULL.
