Select Home Warranty has issued a refund directly to the customers credit card as of 08/11/
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This has been their answer to get out of paying the full service of the maintenance or replacement A $offer on a $1,cost is insulting This is an ongoing pattern with this company then to have their agents laugh in background when they thought they were on hold, appalling for a company to treat people like this Regards, [redacted]
The customer isNOT due a full refundHe was given a pro rated refund according to the policy terms and we waived the cancellation fee
Diagnosis has been received from the technician for the customers claimThe customer has been approved towards an allowance on the repairs of their A/CThe customer has been informed on 10/6/of the approval towards their claim and was provided with the approval informationNo additional funds due at this time
we did speak with the customer and they will be taking the $reimbursement

we have tried to reach out to the customer a few times to explain the reimbursement agreement but we have not heard backThe customer may reach mr [redacted] at ###-###-#### mon-fri 9-est for help with thi issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This warrenty company needs to be shut down before anymore customers waste more time and money on themThe service is terrible and they do not fix any issuesMy issue still remains unresolved with no efforts from the company to try and resolve itLuckily my policy runs out in a few days and I no longer have to deal with these crooksI am still requesting my $initial service fee due to my issue never being resolvedOr I would like the company to send out another technician to fix my issue, or refund the initial $service call feeThis company also has the nerve to continue calling me multiple times everyday and requesting that I renew my policyI would still like to have explained to me how I filed a claim, and then magically it disappeared and never even existed ? Seems like a disgruntled employee gave me a run aroundOnce again I am requesting my $fee to be refunded from this warrenty company( I do not care if it initially went to the technician)My issue still remains Regards, [redacted]
We have issued a refund for the customer, the refund request was placed on 9/30/and we have refunded as of 10/19/to the customers' credit card
