Sekure's sales reps who have called our business are extremely pushy and rudeWe have asked several times to have us removed from their list and they deny that a call list even existsI just want them to stop calling! Since when does being rude get you anywhere?!?

We had recently cut ties with Sekure merchant but can say that I really appreciated their relationship manager Desiderio C*** He was always there when we needed assistance Even through the transition out he fought to keep our business It came down to numbers but we look forward to using them again in the future as a reference

We have enter a working relationship with Sekure Merchant Sloutions for our small family owned business a few months agoFrom the very start the personnel have been patient, professional, friendly and accommodatingOur Relationship Manager, Jason H***, has been especially patient with me (as I am not tech savy and have a hard time understanding some of the technical side of things)His navigation of situations has gone above & beyond his pay gradeWell done, indeed!

Very aggressive company, the representative continues to call us after we have told him we are not interestedAfter multiple phone calls we told him to email us a copy of the contract we would have to sign, he stated he'll send one similarWe had our business advisor review the contract which he found to be very vague and why isn't it the actual contractWhen I addressed this with the rep he became disgruntled and loud, he wouldn't let me talk and finish asking my questionsI eventually hung up on him, something I don't usually do
Our business is in the service industry, if this was my employee hounding a customer who stated multiple times they are not interested, he'd be fired
Not a very professional company in our opinion but then it was a telemarketer call

Our firm is on the National Do Not Call RegistryHowever, this company called usThey are indifferent to the fact that they are breaking the law

Sekure Merchant Solutions about my merchant processing Nicole was the Best at what she does She worked with me to get what I needed Nicole was very knowledgeable about everything I wouldn't have stayed with them if it hadn't been for her She is a asset to that company

Jamie at Sekure Merchants has always been right there to help me with our processing issues The latest and greatest was getting us updated with a new machine and running through the internet Processing is lightening fast!!! It's awesome!! We have been doing business with Sekure Merchants for many years now and they always fix issues promptly!

We have found that Sekure Merchants Solutions are exactly who they say they areThe support team has been right there when you need themThey have been quick to respond and answer any questions that we may have

As other reviewers have noted, pushy salesperson on the phone who calls way too much and never leaves a message until you pick up The initial "no" led to an email trying to change my mind, then several more phone calls taking up my time and trying to change my mind
I directly asked the salesperson if they sold any merchant companies other than North American Bancard and she said they do, although numerous people online allege that they're really just a retailer for the one company I am not sure that they are being entirely honest about their business model In fact it all smells rather fishy to me
A funny thing happened a month later A different salesperson called me three times in one day, I finally picked up and he proceeded to browbeat me with the same sales pitch and disparage me that there couldn't possibly be any logical reason why I wouldn't switch The more exasperated I got (and the more sarcastic), the more insistent he got Finally got off the phone minutes later and then he sent me an email calling me a "prideful guy" and that I am being unreasonable He couldn't understand why I won't give them my business

I was contacted by Sekure Cost Review a couple of weeks ago to have me consider switching my credit card processing serviceBecause I was in the middle of a busy day in the store I said sure, I’ll see what they had to offerThey referred me to a Senior Analyst, Carl B***, to follow-upHe called me and asked me to send in a recent credit card statementI don’t have those in the store with me so I said I would have to do it laterHe said fine, so we hung upAfter I had time to think about it without customers around, I decided I did not want to do itSo I did nothingA week later Carl called me again and I should have told him I was not longer interested, but it’s hard to do that with customers around so again I put him off
He called today and asked why I had not sent it inI finally told him I was not interestedHe started asking me a lot of questions and said why would I do that after he had spent so much time on meI told him I was not interested and hung upHe called back right away and asked why I hung up on himAgain I told him I was not interested and told him good bye and said I was going to hang upHe called back two more times but hung up before I answered
Moments later he faxed me and said I was very unprofessional and he had been very patient with me and now why am I bailing? I have been in my business for years and have never had such an encounter with a company who was trying to do business with meI did send an email to their customer service to report this encounter

Just wanted to mention that your representative, Mandy C***, has been very prompt in any questions or problems we have had She has always been very polite and eager to handle our problem or get answers for us; always returning our call in a timely manner We appreciate having someone to actually talk with and getting prompt service

Kumar P*** is our business' account manager as of recently and I was extremely satisfied with his customer serviceHe was prompt, friendly, and most importantly he was incredibly helpfulYou can tell that he knows what he is doing and is very good at his jobThank you Kumar!

A person named "Nick" continues to call and harass us continually after telling him numerous times to stop calling It is getting to the point where I might need to call the police in New York and tell them about the harassment

I wanted to pass along a note of appreciation for Karen and her outstanding service! I can always count on Karen to help me with any concerns I may have Karen is responsive, professional, personable, and always friendly Thank you

This past year the company I work for changed to Sekure Merchant Solutions to save money on our credit card charges, which we are very happy with As our company continues to grow and our needs change I have been able to contact our representative, Moe Ghanem and he has been able to direct me in the direction I should go and helps implement all processes We are very pleased with the outcome and look forward to continued savings
