Unsolicited, pushy sales callsWhen asked directly if it's a sales call, we are told it's not and that the call pertains to our merchant processing accountWe don't have an account with these guysNor would we ever do business with a company misrepresenting themselves and their intentions when they callIt doesn't matter how much money we could save!
Was told today when I was trying to get a word in to the sales rep that he didn't want to hear me and he hung up

I received several phone calls from different individuals offering a free comparison, and finally relented to send them my statementAfter I got the review, and Robyn B started calling me, I tried to tell her we wouldn't move, but she kept asking me to think on it, and she would call back (One time times in the space of an hour.) I got a fishy feeling, so looked up hte business on the Revdex.com website, and all my fears were confirmed about leaving, and monthly contracts, and moreI talked to our owner's daughter, and we agreed on asking them to stop contacting usI emailed Robyn B and asked her to never contact me again, to get an email stating how amazing their company is and she would talk to me Monday morningI asked for her to not contact meBoth the email, and the phone call would be doing so

The exceptional service provided by my representative (Jamie-Lee) is a breath of fresh airProfessional yet personable, reliable and consistentWith the daily operations of our business, it is a great relief to know that I can contact her and know that my questions will be resolved promptly

This company calls our office every day 2-times per day asking for our or most recent credit card statementI have told them repetitively that I do not have access to that informationNor will I provide any of that informationYet every day, its the same lady, and the same conversationAt some point apparently I've become their amusement for the day, because the lady will actually laugh at meI would like to be taken off their call list, and never contacted again

After trying to say no to salesman Jim K, he started yelling and insisting that I never showed the board his reportI hung up when he would not let me talkHe then called back and told me I was being unprofessional, then proceeded to yell at me that they provide the best numbersI had to hang up again because he would not let me speakAfter all of that, I then received an e-mail from him, telling me how unprofessional I am, that "no one in their right mind" would be ok with their current company, and several other condescending statementsAt this point, we would not work with this company even if there services were free

We were aggressively sought by Sekure to open an account for cc serving in May of We opened the account using *** *** to whom they appear to be a subsidiary
We did everything on the phone and never signed anything except one form for *** ***
I have been through every email page fent to me and all attachments and no contract was ever even sent to usInitial account contacts were Casandra P*** & Laura B***Then Nathan B*** & Karen S*s
Not one of these people ever sent over a contract signed or unsigned
Now we have moved on to another processor and *** *** is trying to charge us a $fee for breaking our contract!!
They likely charge this to everyone just hoping they will pay to be rid of themNo, we will not pay
Also, Neil assured me when I canceled that he woudl contact me with an address to return the machineHe did notHe promised to email me his information shoudl I need assistance in the process, h

I have experienced the best customer service from Mo G***! Like seriously, the best! I am a hard judge too, lol I feel taken care of
