As anyone in business knows, the task of managing your credit card processing is a task somewhat related to cleaning the bathroom - you know it's necessary but it still stinksThankfully, I have Evelyne B*** to rely upon when I have questions or need assistanceShe is always available no matter the issue and is extremely knowledgeableShe finds the right answer and gets me what I need to make sure my business functions at that next higher levelShe is willing to be on the phone for hours while technical assistance helps me set up my new machinesI don't know what I would do without her! I was just made aware of this by the sales manager - there are two systems hereOne updates immediately, one takes 24h (but can be manually over-ridden)We have updated ALL systems to ensure you're not called further.Please keep me in the loop if that's not the case (call the main line and ask for the Customer Service Manager, that's me)
They call and lie about what their business isWhen I told them we did not want to switch credit card processing companies, they lied and told me they were not a cc processing company, they told me they are a brokerage firm
We just received our new upgraded terminal and pinpad I worked with Dexter Tand she was fast, professional and a joy to work with She helped us every step of the way, from the delivery all the way to the programming She is so easy to talk to when you aren't "tech savvy" and always follows up to make sure things are running smooth We have been a Sekure Merchant customer for over a year and highly recommend them And if you get the oppurtunity to choose your Customer Service Rep., I would request Dexter T.!! Thanks Dexter for your SUPERIOR service!
Sekure Review contacted us on the telephone at first and said they were offering a FREE review of our credit card statements The gal on the phone Sarah, said she was going to have a gentleman named Allan A*** who is a “Senior Analyst” contact us by phone and email We said that would be fine as we had some questions and that we needed to talk with the owner of the businessAllan called on Tuesday 8/*/and would not speak with the other gal who works here about what he wanted to discuss with the original person who answered the phone even though she would be just as adept to answer anything he neededHe said he would just call tomorrow and talk to the original galI said that was fineAllan called on 8/*/to talk to original gal and she was trying to tell him that we were not interested in the service that he was providingHe would not let her off the phone so she just hung upA few minutes later he called back and again was told we were not interestedWithin minutes, we had an email from himThis is the email:

They are reliable, although it didn't work out for us, only because the terminal working work on *** and *** at the same time
I was initially a little hesitant on switching to Sekure Merchants based on the review onlineBut so far my experience with them has been greatThey are very responsive to my emails, usually getting back to me within an hour; versus my previous processing company who usually takes a day to respondThe dedicated relationship manager is a definite plus
I simply want to let you know how great it has been to work with Michelle G*** over the past year or so She is quick to respond, and she is really great with explaining things to me so that I can understand what are sometimes technical issues I am so glad she is our representative for your company

As the Co-Manager for our small, independent *** *** practice, I am responsible for reviewing vendor costs in order to minimize those expenses When Sekure Merchant Solutions contacted us the second time in years, we were willing to explore an option with them, and we were wise to do so Certainly, they have saved us money regarding transaction fees and monthly fees What I did not anticipate was the downright fun I would have with my support team there My first contact person after set up was Kathy HHour Senior Accounts Manager She answered all of my questions, and even anticipated some As well, she was friendly, and was not afraid of having a sense of humor during our conversation She, "regretfully", in her words, handed me off to my Concierge Service for all of our subsequent needs I found that I did, indeed, have need to contact my new team, and that person turned out to be Lauren F I certainly did not expect yet another delightful, knowledgeable and competent representative, but that is, happily, what I encountered Lauren and I have had occasion to interact by phone and email, and all of those interactions have resulted in my needs being completely satisfied Keep up the excellent service, Sekure!
