I would like to give a shout out to Geoff D*** who has quickly responded to all my inquiries and problems and we together have solved them allHe stays with me from start to finish until I am satisfied with my resolution

This company KEEPS CALLING after I keep telling them no and to take us off of there call list Lou K*** called today and after I said we were not interested and that we did not want their analysis, he refused to stop insisting we accept their (fake) offer and got very aggressiveI said NO several times and his response was he "does not hear the word NO" let me be clear here....WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT JUST THE WAY IT IS AND TAKE US OFF YOUR CALL LIST ASAP! I A SAYING NO TO YOUR OFFER!!!! STOP CALLING OUR OFFICE! YOU ARE TAKING US AWAY FROM OUR PATIENTS AND WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT! RUDE!

This company has called repeatedly for over year, and every single time I have told them we aren't interested in their services and they need to stop callingOn October ***, I had a sales woman named Melanie yell at me on the phone because I refused to transfer her over to my colleagueI told her times to stop calling here, and she very rudely told me that since they were calling for my colleague, I had no authority to tell Sekure to stop calling our companyShe then proceeded to yell that she would continue to call me in the future if I didn't transfer her immediatelySekure has repeatedly harassed my company with very mean sales people, after I have told them for the past year that WE ARE NOT INTERESTEDI do not understand how a company with such awful sales practices is allowed to remain in business and continually harass

Promised better rates (didn't happen)
Promised free transactions for the beginning of the processing (didn't happen)
When I cancelled due to all the broken promises, I am in a year contract (which they didn't expose) and supposed to pay horrendous cancellation rate
Stay away from them as far as possible!!
They lie to get you in the door and then you are trapped
