DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I was lied to from the very beginning Someone called me and said that I had asked for a return call from co-worker of his THIS WAS A LIE I am not in the position to make decisions regarding our credit card processor so I never would have asked for a follcall I was basically called a liar Somehow they got through to the owner and through their rude, pushing behavior convinced him to switch companies We now have a funding hold on our account for a transaction that is “over our limit”, never had a hold before When I asked, I was told they sent a notice (it cannot be found in any email, spam or otherwise) and unless I send them proof of the transaction AND months of OUR bank statements they will not release any funds Now I am being told that they will charge us outrageous fees if we cancel days later and we are still not receiving any of the "notices" from risk assessment and still haven't received our money, yet they continue to take fees out of the account STAY AWAY!

I just went through a very difficult situation that was resolved quickly and smoothly by a wonderful Sekure Merchant employee named Mandy CottonI am so glad I had the good fortune to have her on my side on this and I will stay with this company because of both her business and people skills

Danny Tremblay at Sekure Merchant Solutions is what good ole' customer service is all about, especially in today's world where that has become a lost artOur company has worked with him for a very long time and he is RELIABLE in every sense of the word!!!! He gets the job done! Even if I have called and haven't left a message, he still takes the time to return the call back to the number that showed up on his caller ID!!! No one else does that anymoreNo one else care's enough about their customer to take the time to be as attentive as Danny is!!! Danny cares about you and the company that you work for, while while making sure that your needs are met in every way possibleHe is professional, he is accurate, he is dependable, he's great at helping you understand any question that you may have, and the bonus is that he is friendly!!! Yes, he is a combination of all of those thingsI HIGHLY recommend him, and those recommendations are not earned easily by me

This company keeps calling my office I have explained that I am not in need of their services and I would not be giving them any information regarding my business' acceptance of credit cards since I have never done business nor have heard of this company beforeThey have called for days in a row, multiple calls even AFTER I and my staff have requested that they STOP calling

Our rep, Michelle G***, did a fantastic job with a difficult issue we were havingShe was always professional and went the extra mile in staying in touch with the necessary people till the issue was resolved!

Be forewarned because they can seem very convincing but alas, THIS IS A SCAMThey prey on small, independent businesses and lie about their purpose, intentions, and motivationAs soon as you tell them "No Thanks" they become very pushy and very rudeI don't want to pay additional fees, I will not do business with you, STOP CALLING ME

Secure Merchant and their team are very friendly and professional They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied with their products and servicesHighly recommend them for all of your credit card transactions

I was contacted by Nicholas O'C*** regarding changing my merchant services account to their company After reviewing the information, I told MrO'C*** that I was going to just stay with my current processor MrO'C*** refuses to take no for an answer and has been harrassing me via the telephone He has called from the original number until I blocked that number after telling him no a few times Then he went to a ###-###-#### that after him calling several times, I also blocked Today, June **, he is calling from a number that just says Unavailable and out of area On Monday, June **, after not being able to get him to see that I was not interested, I sent him an e-mail stating that we were not interested

This company is horrible! They are way to pushy and call consistentlyAfter you tell them numerous times to stop they will call from a private lineI'm sorry, but being to aggressive will not get you our businessFYI, your prices are not any cheaperThe phone harassment is continuous!!

I recently worked with Karen on our credit card program Being new to the company, I was not truly familiar with what was available to us Karen was wonderful She assisted me in doing the paperwork to make myself as the new contact, reviewing our rates (she was even able to secure us some savings) and answered a ton of questions!

My opinion so far is a 4+ review for Laura B of Sekure Merchant, I had a couple of issues as I use them, I contacted Laura B and she worked out my problems quickly and with enthusiasm Again I rate the a 4+***
