Recently Tiffany G***, Relationship Manager for Sekure, helped me solve a problem I had with my account She was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with her I give her and her company five stars!

*** ***, we are working on having your account closed and credits issued as soon as possible*** is doing everything he can to have the credits issued to you via ACH, as agreed upon during your call with him on 9/*Once the account has been closed, he will contact you to inform you of this, and
that the remaining credits for the monthly fees have been issuedThank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize this was corrected sooner

I received a telephone call from Senior Analyst Steven D*** After many follow up telephone calls from him, I informed him that I did not have time to give his solicitation any consideration While on the telephone, he continued to insist that his request for copies of my merchant statement would not take up much time and it would save me money I hung up on him I immediately sent him an email requesting that he cease from contacting me After receiving my email, the Senior Analyst from Secure responded with the following:
The time it took to write that email, is the same amount of time it would have taken to send a statement with itAnd that seconds would have taken at least 25% off your billI don't think you made the right choice but I won't be calling you backSteven D*** | Senior Analyst

He felt the need to contact me after I specifically requested that he cease from contacting me This is typical of sales people who feel that they can take on a hostile attitude with potential customers who don't give them the time of day This must stop When an individual requests of someone to cease contacting him/her--it should stop Please don't give your business to this company Please keep in mind, the individual I dealt with was a Senior Analyst who should be conducting himself in a courteous and respectable fashion

I've received several phone calls from Sekure Cost ReviewThe agent wasn't friendly when I politely decline the cost review He became argumentative and condescendingHe was pushy and a bully Not cool Andrew W***!

We have been working with Sekure Merchants for several years and have had a great relationship with them Recently we contacted SM about a couple of issues Our new client relationship manager, Dexter "Dex" T***, reached out to us to introduce herself and see how she could help She was very professional and responded in a timely manner with the information we needed Thanks Dex!

Stephanie has been the most helpful resource I have ever dealt with She calls and checks on me to be sure everything is going well, she responds quickly to emails if I have a questionI am very glad we have her as part of our team!

Sekure has charged "Annual Fees", which have been applied to two monthly statements*** *** has been charged $twice on two separate monthly statements within the year No annual fee's were agreed to
Now a new fee of $claiming to be a *** *** Annual Fee has also been applied to two separate statements in the year

Jackie A*** has been a great help, we had a couple issues with our credit card processing and one phone call she helped me get things taken care of for our customers She returned my phone call with in minutes of me leaving a message for her She has called to follow up to make sure things are still running smoothly Great customer service is a must with credit card processing

I just signed up with Sekure and so far have been very satisfied with customer serviceStefan D., Ashley H and Michelle Ghave been professional, courteous and helpful I am still not sure if I'm saving money though, too soon to tell

A very professional companyRelationship Manager Jackie A*** has gone out of her way to make sure our business runs smothlyShe always makes herself available and is extremely prompt in returning calls or answering any questions that I may throw at herWonderful

Sean M*** doesn't seem to understand my request to never call ever again I said it several times Good thing he stated that he records all calls so you have it on record that I don't want to be harassed by your company ever again

Geoff D*** with Sekure Merchant has always been my contact He has always been on the ball and very prompt with everything that I have asked He handled a lot of things that I did not want to handle In this day and age, you can not find good customer service anywhere I never make reviews, but Geoff has been Awesome and deserves stars

Have been a customer for about years (four different businesses)Any issue with processing our credit cards has been efficiently/professionally handled quickly and to my satisfactionI receive calls almost every day asking me to switch processors-I would not consider changing at allThis company and their employees is top notchCompetitive in their feesDo what they sayAct like they appreciate your businessWhat more could you ask?

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge my Customer Support Person, Karen S’ll start by saying that Credit Card Processing is not the most interesting and enjoyable topic, but working with Karen has changed my opinion in this areaFirst of all, she is very knowledgeable in this area which makes it easier to understandKaren is patient and really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the outcomesShe ALWAYS follows up to ensure the issue has not re-occurred and although our interactions are by telephone, I know she gives her service with a smile
I hope Karen is given the recognition she deserves and given an opportunity to influence other customer service individuals on “How the Job Should Be Done”!

This company has continued to call requesting that we send statements to them I have advised them that we ARE NOT interested yet they continue to call Finally after getting a little harsh with them and explaining that NO means NO they still had to come across as rude and unprofessional laughing and telling me Good Luck There is NO way I would ever do business with this company The lack of consideration for the companies they are calling and the time they are wasting to just get off the phone with them is unprofessional
From reading other comments it appears that this is the norm for this company
I have email and phone information and intend to report them each time I receive a call from this point out

THIS COMPANY HAS TRIED OVER AND OVER TO GET US TO SEND THEM OUR CC STATEMENTS WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THEY TRY TO EXPLAIN THAT THEY WORK WITH THEM I HUNG UP ON THIS PERSON AND THEY CALLED RIGHT BACK AND BECAME RUDE AND PERSISTENT ADD US TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST

After charging my account inappropriately for months (they put me on a plan that was for high volume transactions and I told them I do very minimal transactions if any during the spring/summer- I did not catch this because I didnt think I was active with them yet), they said they would reimburse me 1/of the charges I didn't notice the charge being too high until they said I was not PCI compliant and charged me an additional $ I then got PCI compliant with the understanding they would refund the charge I choose to stay because of this reimbursement Instead they credited my account with themI incurred fees from my bank for these unapproved transactions and need the money back in my account I don't want a credit with their company It's my money they took and I would like it back in my possession I reached out for weeks on this issue with limited communication in return They will not provide me back my money

I can only say that I praise the day that we started with Sekure Merchants We all know what it takes to transfer from one processor to another and the problems we incur
The Sekure Merchants Team were all over it They addressed every issue immediately and dealt with the transfer as if they personally were having the issue I received prompt calls, emails and many suggestions that saved me time and money on the transfer Even the unique problems were handle this way and resolved in a timely manner
Sekure Merchants professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help resolve any issue was refreshing Never did I have to worry about any issue that arose, and there were a few
As you know there are many Company’s out there trying to get our business None of them compare to the Service I have received from Sekure Merchant Solutions Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

If I could rate this company with ZERO stars, I wouldFirst of all, they charged my bank account before they were authorized to do so, and it took days to get the charge reversed from my account That is ridiculous I am totally disappointed, I thought I was doing the right thing for my company, but apparently not This is a total waste of time, it doubles your work load because you have to enter your own invoice into your Quickbooks system, and then re-enter it into their system and cannot copy it It has to be totally re-created I am totally sorry that I considered this in the first place, I have spent way too many hours on the phone with these people They make it sound so good and easy, only to find out that it is not good or easy I do not recommend this company at all!
