Have been dealing with Kumar P*** of Sekure Merchant Solutions and he has done an excellent job getting new lower rates, also informing me they can process American Express cards at a lower rate which was not allowed before He did a great job Also has been in touch with me when ever there is any major changes with our account
My business was repeatedly called by someone named Joey who would not leave a message (we're on the do-not-call list, by the way)The whole thing seemed fishy- "we'll save you money at no charge"They wanted me to send them a copy of my merchant services statement and I told him I didn't have time and wasn't interested in their servicesHe tried to guilt me into sending my statement by claiming to write a "long personal email" that most likely took him about minutes to typeHe had a poor attitude/tone while on the phone and was very pushy and unprofessional

I have had several folks form the Sekure Merchants call to give the company a free quote for credit card processingWhen you try to explain why you don't want to go with them you are harassed and the last two folks just kept calling and calling This past week I had the Senior Analysis call Helen O*** who referred the account to an Account Manager David W***
Not only did he explain over the phone out great you were he was trying to get me to sign off on changing over before I saw things on paper Once I received the report I politely declined for our own reasons and he calls me and continue to harass me stating I was the wrong person to contact and then kept saying just try and you can leave in forty five days and would not listen
This is the second time an Account Manager has treated me this way and you don't talk down to potential customer or talk over themI finally ended up hanging up on David

Can't say enough about the customer service, Ryan R***, recently providedHe went above and beyond in his explanations and recommendations for our merchant accountI was not on board with this company when our contract was agreed upon, so Ryan needed to educate me from square one, as well as, address my current issue of processing a large sum transactionRyan was patient, courteous, and professional throughout the encounter and he is definitely the reason that we will probably renew with Sekure Merchant Solutions when our contract comes up for renewal(This is big turn around since I was planning on not renewing up until speaking with this customer service representative.)
