I am a small business owner, trying to simplify and economize on credit card payments by my clients Lauren F* of Sekure Merchants came to my rescue! As soon as I described to her what my current rates were, and how my business runs, she rolled up her sleeves and got to it! She was attentive, focused, patient (since I am a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology), and found ways to reduce my rates AND make my life easier with the credit card payments She continues to follow up with me, check in, and ensure that I am a happy customer and that my business is running smoothly I can truly say that I have NEVER had anyone take this good care of me and my businessThank you Lauren!

I have been contacted by Sekure Merchants a number of times from March through June They are wanting me to switch my credit card processor for my business After explaining in detail why I do not want to switch and stay with my current processor, they continue to badger me on the phone and continue to call and get me to switch Every time they call, I have to explain why I don't want to switch I understand that sales people are not supposed to take "no" for an answer, but after this many "no's" and explanations why I don't want to switch, I am tired of their calls

They will harass you to no end! Had to hang up on them more than once! Very unprofessional

This company has harassed me to my breaking pointI do not want to be rude but I feel you just have no choice with these guys! told the caller several times I was busy helping a client could not talk to himHe called back in like minutes going on and on about needing a statementfirst off I don't know you not sending you my credit card statement second off I told you I was busy so you continue to interrupt me while I'm in a meeting with a customerThis company is rude, pushy and inconsiderate therefore no I do not want to conduct business with you

*** *...We had a problem with our cards processing on separate occasions and Lauren went to work and solved it both times I appreciate how she kept me updated and worked diligently to resolve the problem I cannot tell you how much trust I have in Lauren to take care of our account

Sekure keeps calling and asking for a statement, I more anyone else st our business ever asked for this I have said no many times Salesman is pushy and not taking no for an answer I am tired of this PhishingScam!

Sekure Care continues to call me offices refusing to understand we are not interested in their product They are very persistent even to the point of obsessiveness, obnoxious, and rude They do not take NO for an answer

I wanted to take a moment to thank Karen S*** for all her hard work and effort for Highland Medical Center -
She communicates well and keeps us informed and up to date during the application, review and approval process If she doesn’t know or doesn’t have an answer to a question, she conducts the various research as needed and keeps us informed during that process, as well She maintains ownership of situations and doesn’t try to pass them off on others She always returns calls in a timely fashion and is very personable and easy to work with We work with a similar vendor and Karen is the go to for questions, concerns or new accounts
Karen seems very knowledgeable about her job, we trust her, she works well with/for others, and she always follows through

A rep from this company called my business and asked my receptionist to fax or email a copy of a or recent statement from our merchant
When I talked to the man, he said he called in November and was told I would be faxing that information and they were still waiting for itHe said they were a security company working with my merchant services provider to ensure our PCI compliance and wanted to check to see if our exchange rates had changed
Note: You can’t verify PCI compliance or exchange rates from a or a statement
He rattled off several merchants – none of which were mineWhen I told him that, he said ask who my merchant wasI refused to tell him I then called me merchant and they said they weren’t working with a third party and my account wants flagged for any compliance investigation
Googled the phone number he left and found out it was this company Pretty shady…

*** J*** (not sure this is his real name) calls our office repeatedly with aggressive sales tactics (and lies) We have asked him to stop calling us, but he continues to call From what we have researched, he may be a third party hired by North American Bankcard to do "cold Calling" for Merchant Services (credit card processing)

Jessica, I have place your phone number on our Do Not Call list, I apologize this wasn't done when initially requestedThere will be no further contact from our company

I had then call me over and over so I finally allowed them to see if they could get me lower cost on my Credit CardsShe had me sign a contract and gave me the rates, however I was not told I would be signing a yr contract (was told I could get out ANYTIME) I have written them a letter explaining I was no aware that we were in a yr contract with our bank (yrs remaining) So therefor I can not go with their companyI have not activated the account yet and have asked them to send me confirmation that we will not be doing business with themThere is also other fees and something about them running credit reports and requiring a deposit and other stuff hidden in there contract that I was not told about I will never make this mistake againI am sorry if the sale lady loses her commission on this voided contract
