I am a small business owner who tried sekure merchants services. We regrettfully encountered many obstacles and soon opted to cancel our service with sekure merchants. However it has been 4 months know and we are still being charged monthly fees, even after completing all necessary paperwork to discontinue the service. Sekure merchants also supplied me with a return label for the machine to be returned. We did this promptly, and we have just been charged $197.00 for the non return of the equioment. Sekure merchants supplied the return label and can see that Fed Ex did in fact pick it up and that it was last reported at the Fed Ex warehouse in Batesville Ar. They are telling us that it is our responsability to track this (which we have, to no avail) But the retrurn label was issued by sekure merchants. Long story short, I was charged for a peice of equipment that has been lost in transit which is clearly documented and not given ant help on the matter from the sekure merchant organization. I am a service disabled Veteran owned small business and these charges along with the continuing service fees are may not be much to sekure merchants, but to a small strat up business it is aot. Ms. Siewdass could you please help me try to get this matter resolved?

Telling me I'm processing cards illegally, they have no clue how I process anything. They don't know anything about the business I work for and how we do anything.
I've told them to quit calling, I hang up on them all the time. They started asking for other workers in my building so I end up talking to them, thinking they're a customer and then they leach onto another person.
I got another call first thing this morning and I told Patrick Salonius that if we were interested we would call him, just to get off the phone with him and he starts YELLING at me about how I'm doing illegal activities by running credit cards through my Quickbooks system. UH GOODBYE. QUIT CALLING!
DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS!
Worst Experience I've ever had with a credit card companyThey promised me cheaper rates then my current processor, that was a LIE! When I called to talk about the rates they put me on hold for over an hourAfter waitng for an entire hour with no one answering the phone because "they are experiencing hifger than call volume" I decide I wanted to close my accountWe'll here is is a week and a half later and they refuse to close my accountAfter going back and forth with one Jamie-Lee C [redacted] her excuse is and I quote " I had to request it from North American Bancad, the processorIt will be sent to you as soon as they draft it up"How long does it take to draft up a simple cancellation letter? I asked to cancel my account on March [redacted] and as of March [redacted] my account is still open and being debitedThis has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they could care less about small business owners like myself
Jackie A [redacted] has been a great help, we had a couple issues with our credit card processing and one phone call she helped me get things taken care of for our customers She returned my phone call with in minutes of me leaving a message for her She has called to follow up to make sure things are still running smoothly Great customer service is a must with credit card processing
We had the pleasure of working with Samantha S [redacted] last month and this month with issues we were having with the new installation of gas and diesel pumps and Ruby system She was very helpful and did her upmost best to get the information needed to get us up and going Very pleasant and knowledgeable lady [redacted] ***
To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge my Customer Support Person, Karen S [redacted] I’ll start by saying that Credit Card Processing is not the most interesting and enjoyable topic, but working with Karen has changed my opinion in this areaFirst of all, she is very knowledgeable in this area which makes it easier to understandKaren is patient and really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the outcomesShe ALWAYS follows up to ensure the issue has not re-occurred and although our interactions are by telephone, I know she gives her service with a smile I hope Karen is given the recognition she deserves and given an opportunity to influence other customer service individuals on “How the Job Should Be Done”! This company has continued to call requesting that we send statements to them I have advised them that we ARE NOT interested yet they continue to call Finally after getting a little harsh with them and explaining that NO means NO they still had to come across as rude and unprofessional laughing and telling me Good Luck There is NO way I would ever do business with this company The lack of consideration for the companies they are calling and the time they are wasting to just get off the phone with them is unprofessional From reading other comments it appears that this is the norm for this company I have email and phone information and intend to report them each time I receive a call from this point out

Dear [redacted] ,In response to complaint ID # [redacted] , call center manager [redacted] personally reached out to the merchant/complainantAfter trying to contact her a handful of times, he left a detailed message for [redacted] , apologizing on behalf of the company, stating that we have spoken to the representative in question and taken measures to ensure this does not happen again [redacted] also mentioned that all numbers linked to their business have been placed on our do not call list[redacted] advised in the message left that if this didn’t completely satisfy [redacted] s, that she can contact him directly [redacted] provided his contact information if she needs anything at all in the futureWe again apologized and thanked her for her time and patience
A quick note to let you know we really appreciate having a contact person for our needsKaren S [redacted] is friendly, quick to respond, always ready to helpShe makes my life much easier at the times I need her most
I have had such a great experience with Sekure Merchant Solutions, from sales to daily functions and assistance Specifically our Relationship Manager Carolyn C [redacted] has provided assistance well above and beyond She has assisted me in tracking issues that I needed, in addition to connecting me with the support necessary to keep a smooth running business She has not only helped with problem resolution, but also great follow up! She seems to really understand the issues that a small business deals with and does her best to take the stress away in this area Thanks!

Cassandra is a customer service rep that always stays in touch with you and is always there when you need her for anything, even if it is not in her wheel house She goes above and beyond what is required of her to help you and you can tell when you are talking to her from her voice that she always has a smile on her face You never talk to her without hearing that smile in her voice and that means alot She is a very valued person to me and should be to you Prior to getting her, I dreaded calling the customer service center because I never got results and they sounded automated, so needless to say I am super excited to have Cassandra on my side She is Awesome and I am glad you have her Thank you, [redacted]
I have been in business before there were credit cards, so I have been through a few!! I have never had the quality care and personal service that I have recieved from Sekure Merchant SolutionsThey always answer or get back to me in a couple of minutes They all want your business but many do not follow through, Gary A [redacted] is my personal contact and he is always there formeI really appreciate that
