This company has contacted me multiple times over the last months Each time, I have asked the sales repto please remove me from their marketing list The last conversation I was told by the repthey are a "brokerage firm" and do not have calling lists I have refused services and they continue to call to solicit services despite my refusals and request for our company to be removed from their calling list
My Account Team Member gave me clear directions and answers to respond to the alert I received on our merchant account
She took care of it immediately and most of all cheerfully

Like numerous others have already stated, I had trouble getting this company to disengage their sales calling tacticThe person calling me was Danielle Gallant, and in all honesty, I only gave her one chance to stopThis being the 3rd time she called, knowing that I was out of the office but would respond to her email request when I got back, I decided to ask her to take my name, number, and company off her list, and not call againWhen she didn't stop her tactics, and kept talking, I hung up on her

This company calls our office one to two times a day I man name Jordan They insist they aren't selling anything They've been told repeatedly that we aren't interested and not to call and persist in calling It is harassment and must stop This is the first step The next step is having to hire an attorney

They've been warned over a dozen times to discontinue calling and harassing our companyWe receive on average four to five calls per day and each time they're asked to remove our number from their call list - this is the type of business you don't want to do business with
