Mandy C*** has been very helpful to me with my experience with SeKure She has definitely worked with me to make sure I get the best customer service She followed up with me every time I contacted her and I am very appreciative
I had some questions about my account so I called and spoke to my Account Manager, Danielle B***, I explained my concerns to her and she listened carefully and then researched information about my account She called me back and discussed the concerns that I had It was very apparent that she took ownership of my problems and resolved them I felt that her approach showed empathy and professionalism I am very confident that she will help me manage my account to a much higher degree in the future During our conversations she spoke very clearly and imparted a strong understanding of our needs I am extremely pleased with her help and look forward to continued business with the company, Sekure Merchant Solutions, that she represents in such an excellent manner!

I've received numerous phone calls from Sekure Cost Review Each time I have been embroiled in an argument with the caller I politely decline their cost review and the caller becomes argumentative I have asked, each of the 6-times that I've been called in the past two years, to remove me from the calling list - obviously they do not do that They have a terrible way of relating with customers and will never talk to anyone who is abusive to me from the start of the conversation
We have been working with Sekure Merchant Solutions for the past years and they have done a wonderful job of helping us save money, get transactions done smoothly and in particular Ryan, our account representative has worked hard to give us the best deal possibleGreat job

I have had two opportunities to deal with this company They are absolutely relentless, with nonstop phone calls I find them to be very aggressive In fact, I am requesting to be taken off their call list I never want to hear from this company again I have tried to tell them that I am NOT interested in their credit card processing

We were looking to change processors and sekure just happened to contact usThe sales person said he would give us "substantial savings" and no contractTwo months later, I did the math and there was no "substantial savings" of any kindAny savings that would have came from their lower rate would have been offset by their extraneous fees and PCI feesWe called to cancel and they said we had to pay a fee to break a three year contractThis is the first time Im hearing of a "three year contract" from themI just wanted to try them out and see if they were for real --- clearly they were not I cannot be in business with a company I dont trust
I have never!! been treated as badly as the reps who call my office They have called numerous times and have been disrespected each time They are very evasive about why they are calling Today, after the third time saying that we are not interested, Bradley S*** replied "Suit yourself"The last time two times they called, I spoke with the same rep He insisted that he had not called the week before and insisted on speaking with the person in charge When I told him that we are set, numerous times, he said "that's not your decision to make" Very argumentative, disrespectful and rude I have never been treated so badly numerous timesMy coworkers overheard our exchange and were shocked! I don't get truly angry very often but these calls cross numerous professional lines
I have had calls in less than minutes from your officeThe first woman told me "I will continue to call until I reach the proper person." I told her no, remove our number from your listShe then gave me a ** answer that since I am a business I am not allowed to be on a do not call listThis is not a do not call list, this is a business owner asking to have her number removed because repeated calls after being asked to remove our number and to stop calling us is illegal and Sekure Merchant/Sekure Cost or whatever you want to call yourselves with each call using the same number after being asked to cease and desist is harassmentShe then proceeded to tell me that she was not harassing me and that she will not remove meAs I was sending in a complaint, minutes later the phone rings again with another woman refusing to remove our numberSo now we have calls on 7/*/at 1:15PM and 1:18PMGuess what?
