I have been using Sekure Merchant Solutions for almost years and am very happy with the customer service I have to say this is the first merchant services provider I've used who actually contacts me on a regular basis to see how things are going and if there is anything they can help me with When I have had questions they've been very thorough and got the answers I needed in a timely manner I've also had the same customer support team which is helpful And they've provided some great rates as well!

Bryan W*** is a very professional individual that gets the job done and is always there when I call needing a little bit of helpI appreciate someone who can always get the answer that I need

I called Sekure concerned about fees on my account - I believed them to be high and wanted resolutionI spoke with a phenomenal representative - Ryan R***He reinforced my belief in customer service, but not only customer service but excellent customer serviceFrom the first minute he was onto my concerns - addressed my questions and gave me more than my share of resolutionsHe also gave me information that lead me as how I got into the situation in the first placeIt was my ignorance to processing companiesI am now informed and very happy with Sekure and Ryan !

I have been contacted by this company multiple times regarding the fees we are paying for our credit card services They request we send a statement to them each time they call I have advised them that we do not share this information with anyone as the information on the statement is confidential and private I also stated that we are currently under contract with a credit card company The person that called today was very pushy and would not let me finish my sentences She repeatedly asked for our credit card statement I asked to be removed from their calling list and she again interrupted me requesting the information on the statement I will never use this company and wish to be removed from their calling list, but after repeated requests they continue calling

This company has been harassing my business with unwanted phone callsThey don't take NO for an answerCalled on all three lines and cell phones, sometimes blocking their number If they call one more time, I will have them charged with harassment

We ran credit cards for our family's business This credit card processor had two machines a VXwhich worked fine and took in the payments But the other machine with a touch screen computer did not work so well and customers complained about the time it took to generate a bill So we put it aside after asking for in person assistance with the credit machine Unknown to us a dollar charge was placed on our account So without even alerting us, not by email or phone or even by letter, this Sekure Merchant solutions company withheld almost 30,dollars (27,plus dollars) from our family funeral home We were promised the money would be returned on September **, It is now 9/**/and the money has not been received by Citizen's Bank, our bank, where our account is We cannot pay our vendors without our revenue which this company has taken illegally from us We want our funds returned to our Citizen's bank account now

Boy, these people just don't give upThey have called repeatedly and have harassed me until I finally gave in and sent them the info they wanted to "compare"So, when the analysis came back, of course they found a company that has also been after me for years to earn my business They claim they do not charge me for the "service" but get paid from the processorsSo, the questions remainsWhy would I go through a "third party" to get the job done??? Still trying to figure out that one

Today is Wednesday I have had phone calls and email from a "senior analyst" who ignores my insistence that I am too busy to talk, or that I told him I would contact him IF I was interested After the second phone call, my mind was made up that I would never use this company because of this aggressive, rude employee

I want to share my review of a Sekure Merchant Solutions employee Mandy C*** has been and excellent customer representive She has always been responsive and ready willing and able to handle all problems that have come up with my multiple accounts with Sekure I truely feel that she is a major reason that I have stayed with Sekure and her loss would undoubtedly make me willing to research competing services She is great and appreciated by all of my managers and stores that interface with her Thank you

I love dealing with our relationship manager from Sekure Merchant Solutions, Dexter Thompson!! She is so extremely helpful and very personable!!

I scheduled a phone call with a sales consultant named Jason on 9/** to give us a free cost review from our current merchant invoices He didn't keep his scheduled appointment and called later and wanted to discussWhen he called later he told me that he did call and spoke with our coordinator - we have software that lists the call log and the only call we received from him was after our scheduled meeting I told him I wasn't interested in making another appointment I just received a call (9/**) from him following-up I stated that I was not interested in the services we were going through another vendor and he got upset and very defensive He told me he missed our call because he was in another meeting with his boss and I should understand that I again stated that I was not interested in his review and he then continued to be defensive and told me how much work he has put into this review I ended up hanging up on him He called back minutes later and again continuing to argue with me I reminded him that I was the customer and did not appreciate his unprofessionalism and I was done with what he had to say He told me and I quote "now I know why you are paying such high rates" and hung up

Neil C*** is our Relationship Manager and is wonderful to work withHe is always very professional and pleasant and follows up to make sure that all questions are answered and issues are resolvedWe recently switched from a virtual terminal to a physical terminal and he was right there for anything we neededVery happy with Neil and everyone at Secure Merchant Solutions!

Our business has been aggressively harrassed by Sekure Merchants Jennifer specifically calls our business to times a day asking us to turn over our credit card information We are a medical practice and first, this would violate HIPAA laws to turn over patient information, second, I have asked Jennifer repeatedly not to call me for a week now, but yet everyday she calls to times a day I blocked her original number, so she started calling from another number, which I then blocked She is now calling from a third number We deal with medically emergencies and here they are tieing up our phone line with their selfish and beligerent actions We want them to stop calling us What an awful company!
