My business is 30+ years and from time to time I am so impressed by someones employee that I feel I must take the time to let them be recognized We had never thought about taking credit cards as we deal with mainly corporate purchases but it appears that Corporations where using corporate cards to make furniture purchases So we shopped around and signed up with Sekure Merchant Solutions What a ray of sunshine! Turns out that credit cards weren't really our thing and after 18-months have decided to remove them from our payment options In the beginning I was introduced to Bryan W*** I kept his info as I thought I might need him Byran remembered my company and my self and made what could be an ugly maze of who was the last person you spoke to and so forth into a email, phone conversation, signing a cancellation letter and I'm out I can image how good this company would be to work with if I really got a lot of business from clientele rather than just looking for a way to get out of our contract I highly recommend Sekure and Bryan

I want to thank Sekure Merchants for their pro-active and quick response to a processing problem between our credit card gateway and our credit card bankThe problem was quickly resolvedI had emailed Sekure to let them know a batch had not processedThey responded saying they were already working onThey updated me with status and within an hour everything was resolvedVery much appreciated!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is reluctantly satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved The company would do well to assume that their clients do not know everything about credit card processing and speaking in such speech can lead to miscommunication For example, I assumed a "batch" hasn't come through, meant that my account was not activated yetinstead the company thought I knew that no cc transactions had come through "Batch" was not a familiar term to me The representatives were pleasant to speak with and helped me see through the issues however at times it was difficult to reach them as was IUltimately I accepted their offer with hopes we both can learn from the experience

I am a small business owner in Phoenix, AZI just got a phone call from Charles B*** of Sekure cost review, a company owned and operated under Sekure merchant solutions
MrB*** informed of the names of other employees there who have harassed me in the past and said that I had set an appointment with them and they were waiting for me to send them my financial statements for their reviewThis is total ** and when I told him so politely, he became argumentative with me and pushed the issue until I became enraged
Even if it turns out that this Compa my is not running a total scam, I would never do business with themI'm not sure if Charles is a failing cold call sales rep who's job is on the line but I really did not appreciate the way he spoke to me when I asked him to remove my number from their call list and to never call me againI had to be put on the phone with his supervisor to get that arraigned
Very unprofessional and harassing in these times of hacking and identy theft scams, the last thing we need is a sad pun for a Secure financial company pushing peoples buttons who are already upset about how insecure our information really is
We have had wonderful service with this Company and our rep., Bryan W*** Whether answering email or phone calls, MrW*** is extremely prompt and handles our business with courtesy and efficiency He is much appreciated!

This company keeps harassing my company and will not provide any information other than they want my merchant account informationI have asked them to stop calling to no avail
