Sekure has done a good job for the past several years In particular, Michelle, our relationshi representative has been very helpful in resolving some questions about recent statements She has been very thorough with the research and stayed in contact with us regularly
Sekure Merchant Solutions has been trying to get us to switch our credit card processing provider to them for years nowGranted, their rates are somewhat lower than what we're paying now, and I was finally considering making the switch to their company, but not after my most recent exchange with RushanWhen the receptionist answered his call, he told her he was a representative of our bank (untrue) and that I had reached out to HIM and was expecting a phone call back (also untrue)When I picked up the call I was a little bewildered as to why the receptionist told me he was from our bank but he identified himself as being with Sekure Merchant SolutionsHe mentioned something about calling me last week and I didn't take his phone callI did not receive a call from him last week, and I was out on Friday so if he called that day of course I couldn't take his call! My CFO and I have both decided we will NOT do business with someone who represents themselves under pretenses...imag
The serviced we received from Bryan W*** was top notchHe resolved ALL of our issues in a matter of minutes and even followed up to make sure all was still wellThanks for everything

Nicholas of Sekure Merchant Solutions contacted me on 8/**/after a colleage had obtained information from me I asked him to simply fax the results to me, but refused until I listened to what he had to say I started listening to him, decided I was not going to switch and he got rude with me, almost insisting that I should change right now with them I told him NO and he wouldn't quit talkingI again said NO, not interested and hung upHe called again 9/**/times and tried to tell me to listen to what he had to sayI told him I would report him because he wouldn't quit calling Told him he was too pushy

We have been a customer of Sekure Merchant Solutions for years and have always been extremely pleased with the service they provide
But, I would like to send a special thanks to our Relationship Manager, Danielle B***, who has gone above and beyond to give us the best possible service
She spend the time necessary with me, on the phone, to answer all my questions and solve my problem She is a very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable representative of her company, and they should be proud to have her as an employee!!
Asked the representative who just cold called us to take us off of their list and he was very rude and hung up on meIf you continue to call here I'll register a complaint with the FCC
JUST LIKE THE OTHER COMPLAINTS I HAVE READ FROM THE Revdex.com WEBSITE ON THEM I HAVE BEEN HARASSED TO THE POINT TO WHERE I CAN'T EVEN DENY THEIR CALL BECAUSE THEY'LL USE SOME OTHER NUMBER THEY HAVE WASTED MY TIME TYING UP THE PHONE I NEED TO SERVICE MY CUSTOMERS HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEATEDLY SAY I AM NOT INTERESTED SERIOUSLY THEIR AGGRESSION IS INTOLERABLE I DEFINITELY WANT TO BE PUT ON A DO NOT CALL LIST LIKE THE OTHERS
