I was called and told that they guarantee a saving of 25% so I asked for it in writing They sent me an email stating that they will try and save me up to 25% I asked them to taken me off there calling list and I also emailed them the same thing Less than minutes later I received another call from the the head of department The first thing he said was that he know I had asked them to stop calling but He was very argumentative and again said that they would guarantee a savings of 25%, so I again asked for it in wring he refused
Both people I spoke to tried to use very high pressure tack-ticks and tried to be forceful and argumentative to get me to send them my credit card statement

Our Relationship Manager, Justin A*** went above and beyond what I expected when I contacted him about a recent increase in the monthly service fee associated with *** account He not only got the charges for the past two months lowered back to what we were being charged before, he had a credit issued and also reviewed out fees as a nonprofit and had some of them lowered as well He has also promised to review our account in a few months when our dollar volume increases due to our cyclical business and see if the rates can be adjusted even lower He is a terrific representative for Sekure Merchant Solutions and we llook forward to working with him in the future - *** *** *** ***
Jamie-Lee C*** is the manager of our account with Sekure Merchant Solutions She has been very helpful in explaining things to me She is very prompt in returning by calls/emails and very thorough I have always been very pleased with the help she has provided to our company
We have been contacted by Sekure four times over the past two days and have talked with an Angela who after us telling her we are not interested in switching or reviewing our processing account continues to call and harass us I told her specifically not to call back and she did call back and continued to question me on why I would not want her to review the account and save us money I finally had to hang up on her because she would not take no for an answer It was very rude and pushy of her
Received a call from someone from Sekure Merchant saying they could save us a lot of money and just needed to see a monthly report from our current processor After receiving the report, we were told they could save us a lot of money Later received a call from Christina who explained that they put companies into a single entity to save money on credit card processing Told her I wanted to do a little research first She explained that of course I could do the research, but that the companies first needed to be approved which usually takes five days and at that time I could decide if we wanted to go ahead or not I immediately did some research on Sekure Merchant and didn't like what I was seeing Sent Christina an email to not bother trying to get us qualified as we did not want to use this service Several days later I receive approval from *** Emailed them that we were not going to use this gateway Then I received a call from Sekure Merchant wanting to help me set up our new account Advised caller we were not setting this account up Then received an email from Customer Support advising of a *** shipment coming our way Sent Christina another email She called and told me this was Sekure Merchant's Customer Support and she would walk down the hall to cancel the shipment The *** package was refused by us yesterday Sekure Merchant is a reseller for *** Bancard Credit Card Processing I find their business practices to be shady and pushy I have been told several times that the account was not put through and I don't believe them I actually read through many, many reviews stating numerous issues with this company and this was the reason I told them not to initiate an account in the first place
My representative, Mandy, has been very helpful throughout the process of my business moving to Sekure Merchant Solutions.She gave me good information, clear instructions and advice which facilitated the processHer calls were timely, professional, and effective
This company has continued to call and harass our company regardless of the e-mails and the verbal requests to remove us from the call listI would not use them simply due to the fact that they do not listen and cannot follow a simple instruction after being asked nicely and professionally to stop
Cold call sales calls are spam and refuses to remove our business from their call list

If I could leave a minus star review, I wouldThis woman Linda starting calling me the beginning of last week, I told her I was not interested, she proceeded to continueShe asked me to send her a copy of our credit card statement, gave me a fax number to send itShe called that afternoon, and everyday since looking for our credit card statement A week later she is still calling, this morning I told her again that I am still not interested and to please stop calling me

I was contacted by Sekure for a rate analysis and requested statements to be faxed over so they could put together an offer that would match or save me money processing *** & ***After much communication they assured me that they would be able to beat my fixed rate 75/moAfter a partial month of processing with them I received my first Statement
that was debited...It was higher then what I was paying So I contacted themI was not able to get in touch with the one I originally spoke to because they had passed my file to another person.....I finally got in touch with the assigned relationship managerShe said that I was getting a good rate and that she didn't understand how I was just paying what I saidSo I was put in touch with another supervisor/manager that would see to it that I was taken care of She had me fax over four statements showing what I was paying with my previous processor so that her analyst could review and figure out what to do This all had take
