I was contacted last week and allowed them to send me a side by side comparison, to review with my bossThey have called nearly everyday for a follow upDuring this week I have read reviews, and did not like some I had seenThere were reviews about them being pushy, and where they sneak in year contracts under peoples noses, and just some dishonest and rude practicesPlus on the side by side comparison, granted it seemed like they would save us money, but they put in other charges, on things my current processor doesn't charge forWhen I mentioned this, the salesman said yeah but we are still cheaper than who you use nowWell today, was the day I told him I would have an answer, and when he called I told him I don't think we are interested, the salesman started trying to act like I was dumb, because I will not switch, told him I do not want to be locked in to a contract and we may just quit taking credit cards altogether (because we have not taken one since October anyway)Any way he then went to raising his voice that they will still saves money and will wave all fees and everything will be free unless we take a card, I know that will not be the case, I am not dumbThen I told him I have seen some reviews that concerned meHe went on a rant about we are A+ rated by the Revdex.com, and what kind of reviews, I told him reviews saying you become pushy if you don't like what you hear and become aggressiveHe then began yelling to tell me this is not the case and the reviews are lyingI told him there is no way they are lying when he is acting exactly the way the reviews had claimedHe kept yelling I finally told him to stop yelling or I am hanging up, he was so loud I am unsure if he did not hear me or just did not careNeedless to say I hung upI will not be treated this way, and will never use this company, if this is the way they treat their customersSo glad I checked this company out before switching

We transferred processing credit cards with Sekure Merchant Solutions and North American Bancard We did not know that we were locked into a month contract until we complained because we were unhappy with rates and treatment We were told we were locked into rates of 1.79% for swiped credit cards and 3.28% for keyed in cards This was true for the first several months then all the sudden our rates went up We were credited only because we complained There are also numerous hidden fees My boss wanted us to switch companies because we were being charged too much When I mentioned we might switch then we were told it would be a $fee to cancel I asked where they came up with this amount and got no answer In the contract that they sent us also does not say anything about an early termination fee or an amount We were also never given terms and conditions till I told them that the company I work for wanted to switch to a cheaper company Sekure merchant solutions has no

I was very disappointed in the aggressive and sneaky sales approach Andrew B*** was the representative that I worked with and almost agreed to do business with until it became clear that he was hiding fees just like he was accusing the competition of doing It would be a great business model if they did what they propose they do, and partnered with their customers instead of bullying them

Repeated harassing phone solicitation despite being told we are not interested
I was contacted Yesterday by Alex M*** from Sekure Cost Review I listened to his sales pitch and asked him to email me any information so I could follow up after speaking with our doctor He sent me an email just requesting our financial records for review Today, less than hours after speaking with Alex he called the office again and inquired why I hadn't sent any information I explained to him that we are in the middle of a large shift at the office and that we have a lot of new things we are bringing in and things that we need to consider I also explained that before I send any financial information out, to run it by the doctor first Alex's response to my email was RUDE! He stated that I need to understand that he "has a very difficult job" and "in the time it took you to write that email you could have just sent it" and that he "respected my decisions but was asking me for a favor and could I please just send the information" Uh..NO Any interest I possibly had in this company is now gone
