This REVIEW is expressly for SEKURE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS & MsMandy C*** in particular as our company's Relationship ManagerIt should be known that our firm has been the Customer of SEKURE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS for several years MsMandy C*** has been our contact with them for approximately the last two years or so Any time we've had any complication of service connected with our credit card processing terminal MsC*** has always responded to our call or email with all due expedience Without fail she either cured the problem, knew the answer, or initiated a conference call with the relevant technical authority that DID know the answer"If" this were not enough to ensure appropriate accolades we just found out that MsC*** went out of her way to ship us replacement rolls of paper for our credit card terminal From our perspective this service was both unexpected & "above & beyond" the boundaries of routine Customer ServiceAs the conversation continued MsC*** queried us as to how long our paper roll supply had lasted & "how many" we had started with We answered "6" & revealed these had kept us in adequate supply for several months Having heard our answer MsC*** increased our supply to rollsVery WELL DONE, MsC***!!

THANKS TO KALEEL J., HE DID EVERYTHING HE STATED HE WOULD TRY TO ACCOMPLISHHE ALSO KEPT ME INFORMED OF HIS PROGRESS THE ENTIRE TIMEIN THE BUSINESS WORLD THAT IS A RARITY THANKS KALEEL !!!!

I explicitly requested for Jacob L*** (the employee name I was given) to remove us from their calling list and Jacob refused to do itI informed him that the call was being recorded and I asked him to verify that he was removing our number from the call list and he ignored my request and tried to continue pitching his serviceI INSISTED that he acknowledge my request and confirm the deletion of our phone number and he blatantly ignored me and very RUDELY told me he was not going to do it and that he was simply going to "Hang up" on me nowUNacceptableIf they will not even respect the laws regarding phone solicitation, enforced by the Attorney General, how can they be trusted to conduct business ethically with regular citizen business owners?

No problem, your number has been entirely removed from every system we have and you will not be contacted any furtherWe absolutely respect your right not to be called and have ensured that will not happen in the futurePlease accept our apologies on behalf of the

S*** has been VERY helpful over the years She address issues promptly and resolves any problems that we have had, and is always very pleasant to work with I highly recommend her and Sekure to other merchants

The rep that called our office today was push and rude After trying to be polite and asking to be taken off of their call list, she kept pushing Each time I tried to politely ask to be taken off their call list she would talk over me Finally after several attempts I got to get a word in and gave her two options to take us off their call list or transfer me to her supervisor At that point she hung up

I began using merchant services with Sekure Merchant Solutions (processed through *** *** ***) about months agoThe sales rep from Sekure specifically advertised that there would be no cancellation fees if we were unsatisfied with their servicesI carefully read the lease and it does not list terminal rental fees or possible cancellation feesAll of the fees are processing relatedUnfortunately, their "low fees" kept rising so I decided to switch to a new vendorMy new vendor sent a cancellation form to *** *** ***Then, our business received a call from another company stating that we are under a month lease at $a month for our terminalSekure Merchant Solutions will not answer the phone or return my phone callsThey made some sort of deal with the terminal company and they need to handle itSekure needs to keep their promise to discontinue unsatisfied services without fees

My experience with this company is entirely negative They called us at our home, completely unsolicited, and offered a supposed "free service." The company representative never asked the name of our business, would not answer my question as to whether she was soliciting business from us, nor answer the question whether the company would solicit business from us upon using their "free service." The company is engaging in deceptive promotional practices, and we are offended at the invasion of our privacy

I have nothing but good comments for my experience with SekureFrom the initial experience
with Christina and information, Stefan and his assistance to Sarah who talked me through the final information and getting us switched over with our bank accounts

I would like to share a positive experience with the Revdex.com about this company, and specifically our direct customer service contact Karen S*** Over the last several years Sekure has been flawless in helping me with every aspect of my companies credit card acceptance needs If ever I have a problem with anything having to do with CC acceptance, a single phone call will most likely solve the issue And having a person like Karen on the other end of the line makes it even better She has always insisted that I call her direct number for anything, big or small She processes our orders for temporary credit card terminals perfectly, and has been doing so for years! She helps me with terminal support issues, and in the unlikely event that she doesn't know the answer, she gets me directly to a live support person that can help me She provides information that helps my small business stay in compliance with all the changing CC acceptance rules So overall Sekure Merchant Solutions and Karen get a big Star review from me

This company called my business to look at my credit card sales to see if they could provide a better rate I told them I was not interested They repeated to call and call, each time, I said I was not interested Finally, just to get the calls to stop, I sent them my info even though I told them I did very little in the way of credit card sales They called back saying that they were able to find me a better rate After I crunched the numbers myself, I figured out that I would save a total of $a month, but only if my credit card sales were times more than what I currently due If these people call you, and you are not interested, I would insist on speaking with a manager and telling them to not call you any more because the phone calls will NOT STOP

I was contacted by Sekure approximately a year ago and after reviewing details, decided to switch two companies I own to utilize their merchant service in conjunction with Authorize.NetSince then, everything has been flawless and specifically Kathy H*** (one of their senior account managers) has been amazing to work withAny time I have a question, I know I can email her and I'll have a response within minutes that either answers my question or connects me to someone who canSekure is highly recommended - make sure to ask for Kathy when you're going through the setup process!
