I recently had some questions about my merchant services account and had to call Sekure Merchant Solutions for answers The associate I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable, and solved all my issues Mohamud A*** is the Relationship Manager I would like to commend The business, as a whole, as been a very good partner for our small business

First let me say this has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired I have never gotten thru to anyone in less than a half an hour or just disconnected, and forget about after or on weekendsPlease if anyone is seriously thinking about signing with this company think twice biggest mistake I have ever made

Neil Castro has been extremely helpful in helping to fix the issues I've had I haven't given him a problem he couldn't fix, and always with a most positive attitude Thank you, Neil!

I had a serious question concerning deposits into our account Since m account manager never answered my phone call, I finally was connected to Justin Anania I explained the situation and Justin was on board immediately He worked through the problem with me, connected me to the appropriate people and made sure everything was taken care of He even sent me paperwork in case another problem should arise He was courteous, efficient, had a sense of humor and most helpful A great experience! He's a keeper

I was contacted by someone named "Jim K***" from Sekure Cost Review, which was apparently a previous name for this companyI asked him if he was another credit card processing company trying to get my business and he lied, point blank, and insisted that credit card processing companies pay him to perform an annual analysis review, and requested a copy of our most recent statement from our credit card processing companyHe called me back and emailed me repeatedly, insisting that he needed the information immediatelyLuckily, I did not have our login information for the site as I am new to my position and the last manager did not keep any records of logins and passwordsAfter I called to get my login information, I decided to check out who he was and I'm glad I did because the website listed on his email,"***" does not exist, and then I found multiple Revdex.com complaints against this company This person should be prosecuted for fraudulently representing himself in order to obtain credit card processing information!

This company may be amazing, but they are annoying as all get out I have asked them multiple times to stop calling, yet they continue to call and request that I send them my monthly statement from my current processing service When I am ready to make a change in my current credit card processing system, I will not be contacting them

Nadeem called regarding merchant accounts I advised we are not interested He immediately called back I again advised him that we are not interested and to take us off the list and to not call again or I will report the harassment He immediately called back again I , again, repeated myself and asked for his name and the name of the company He placed me on hold and when he came back on the line, he started in again on his "pitch" I was able to note his name and the company name and once again said that we were not interested, remove us from the list, do not call again and I WILL be reporting this harassmentHe hung up the phone

I was contacted about lowering our credit card processing ratesI submitted our current rates to them and they quoted me a cheaper price, however in the fine print it said these rates were only good for months so our company decided not to make the changeI told the original rep over the phone that we weren't interestedHe kept trying to make the sellI continued to receive phone calls on my direct line as well as the main business line along with emailsThis was late May I thought the problem resolved until my direct line was called today and I was emailed once again about switching over

Mandy is our relationship manager and she solves any issues we've had arise with our account (they rarely do) seamlessly with no effort required on our partShe is amazing!
