Over the past year, I have had numerous occasions to need assistance with different aspects with our credit card Merchant Account The Relationship Manager I always deal with is Moe G*** at Sekure Merchant Solutions Moe is excellent to work with when I am having any sort of problem or if I have any questions I so appreciate him!! He always gets back to me in a timely manner and always has answers to my questionsHe is truly the most helpful and polite person I have dealt with in any aspect of the credit card processing business over the years Thank you, Moe!! I would give Sekure Merchant Solutions and Moe a star review!
Last week I received a phone call from a man identifying himself as NickI thought he said that he was from a company that we already worked with and he told me that he had a listing of updated credit card rates (or something like that) and asked me if I would like him to send me that listingI told him yes and he then told me that his supervisor needed to talk to meA woman identifying herself as Kelsey got on the phone who then asked me for a volume statement or a formI told her that I would have to go search for those and she said that she would call in half an hourI looked and did not find that statementWhen she called back I told her that I could not find that statement and that I would call our senior office manager about thatI asked her to send me an e-mail explaining what she needed and she didI saw in her signature that her name was Kelsey R*** *** *** and that she was from a company called Sekure Cost Review—a company that I did not recognizeThe next day, our senior office manager was in and Kelsey happened to callOur office manager spoke with Kelsey and got more information out of her about what she wanted and whyShe then told Kelsey that we did not want to use the services of Sekure Cost ReviewI overheard the conversation and our office manager was clear in telling Kelsey thisNevertheless, Kelsey called me later that day asking for the volume statement as if she had never spoken to our office managerKelsey called on the following day asking for information, but I gave her no informationAnother woman from Sekure Cost Review called this week and our office receptionist emphatically told her that we did not want to use Sekure Cost Review’s services, and that their continued calling was harassmentA few minutes later, however, Kelsey called our receptionist, who then told her that we wanted nothing to do with Sekure Cost Review; and if she called again we would complain to the Revdex.comTo her utter exasperation, a few minutes later, a man from Sekure Cost Review identifying himself as Kelsey’s supervisor calledOur receptionist told him to stop calling us or would report his company to the Revdex.comHe tried to talk over her and would not listen, so she hung up the phone on himWhen these representatives from Sekure Cost Review have called our office we were helping patients with appointments and billingWe have had to take time away from our customers to answer the phone and deal with representatives from Sekure Cost Review who do not listen to us or respect our wishes to be left aloneWe are not happy with the treatment that we have received from themI see on the Revdex.com website that there have been several other complaints made against Sekure Cost Review for similar experiences, so the apologies that their representatives make on the Revdex.com website do not seem sincere

It is EXTREMELY comforting to know that Stephanie is on my team to assist me in navigating the very complicated ( to a non IT Admn) expressway of the credit card processing worldWhenever I have a concern/question Stephanie is always there to help!
Cold call with a very "hard sell"They are very persistant, and want me to disclose private information regarding my processor and I refusedThey tried to convince me, and I refused to disclose
I said I would take their company under advisement, and said that I'm on the FTC do not call list, and they ignored my request for removal
Likely a company that is desperate for new accounts, and wasted my time with their run aroundhence the one star reviewI would never do business with them b/c the would likely make it very difficult to "switch away" in the future
Nathan at Sekure Merchant Solutions is phenomenal! I must admit that when Danny got promoted and I got someone new to work with, I was skeptical, because Danny left some pretty big foot steps to follow, and Nathan and stepped up to the plate, and then some!!! He calls me back even when I haven't left a message, he answers my emails instantly, and most importantly, he gets the job doneHe is friendly and he is knowledgeable about his job! It's because of him that we are able to make to the choice to stay with this company because he resolved a very annoying issue just this morningKudos to Nathan!!!
Received multiple calls from employee of this service - never identified himself or his company (I had to ask) - wanting us to send him our merchant statements After asking him questions (where are you calling from? why are you calling us? what is it that you actually do? etc.) he gets very agitated and wants to argue with me on the phone I ask him for contact information so that when I have the opportunity to get what he requires for his service, he wont give it to me I tell him that once things slow down I'll contact themhe argues with me He was very pushy, very arrogant, very presumptive Doesn't take 'no thank you' for an answerafter different calls, under protest, he says he wont call us again I don't need that type of person calling and harassing me or my employees If he was appropriate on the phone, he may have gotten somewhere
I have been thoroughly impressed with the service I've received from Sekure Merchant SolutionsLaura B***, in particular, has been a great help to me in making sure I understand how things work and has assisted me repeatedly when I've had any questions or needed to provide additional information to process a transactionShe's always provided accurate and timely assistanceThank you Laura and team for all your help! :-)

Jamie-Lee is excellent at customer careI get immediate responses and follow-upShe is very helpful and pleasant and makes sure everything runs smoothly for me and all my questions are answered!

I thought it was odd, that a NY Based company had a local number - ###-###-####/***, OK I asked about itFirst I asked where they were located - I was told several locations, including NY, and overseasThen I asked if they had a local office? I got some weird response from them, paraphrasing them by saying, not they did not, but this is how they stay in touch with their client base and they use many phone numbers Then I asked about the local number, but there was no answer Just sounds way too fishy
However, when I called that local number back, I was told "The number you have reached is no longer in service at this time." So, NO, not interested
About months ago our small business changed credit card processors Although the jury is still out at the present time, before the change I offered a page full of questions and (you might say) demands that I had to have commitment to before any consideration of change could be realized The response by the Sekure Merchant Solutions sales team was so straight forward and sincere that I decided to give them a try So far, they have acted in a very timely manner, they have caring and professional responses to my issues which is so comforting, and the representatives go beyond the call of expectation to make sure I am satisfied
OMG - RUDE & PUSHY
Nobody likes to be pushed into anything Sekure called my office phone 3times within hours!! Never once left a voicemail Then called my boss and bothered him At this point even if I did like what they had to offer I would NOT EVER do business with them cause of the pushiness Sekure needs to re-teach their sales people to be polite and inform them to leave a voicemail and not hound other staff Sekure has taken time from my day that I can not get back I want to be put on a DO NOT CALL LIST ASAP
We have been working with Sekure Merchant Solutions for about two years The customer service has been very good It is very nice to have a dedicated account rep who is focused on resolving the issue at hand Jamie-Lee C*** and Jackie A*** have worked diligently to solve any outstanding issues I have enjoyed working with both of them and would recommend Sekure Merchant Solutions to anyone looking for a merchant solutions provider
