Entered into a contract with Sekuremerchants more than one year agoI am extremely pleased with the services and rates providedI recently contacted them about charging my customers the fees for the usage of a credit cardAlthough they do provide this service I was being offered even lower fees than I was payingThe rates are now so low that it is not the hassle of running the chance to estrange a customer by charging a convenience feeNot sure how other processors are still in business, they are making out like bandits
This so called "business" is harassing our medical practice daily with phone calls from multiple representativesI have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list as we are not interested in anything they have to say or products that they have to sellThe rude lady Yolanda that I spoke with today, if that's really her name, would not stop arguing with me and then had the audacity, after no resolve, to ask me to listen to her for thirty secondsWhy on earth would I want to listen to someone that I am in a yelling match over the phone with? I literally had to scream into the phone, very slowly like I was talking to a horrible year old that wasn't listening to what I was sayingShe then hung up on me I also had asked her for her managers name and phone number or to be transferred to them but she stated that they were not available and ignored giving me a name or a phone number WORST HARASSMENT COMPANY I'VE EVER SEENSTAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
This business is not upfront about fees or contracts I opened an account by phone and email I have no contracts, was not advised of account to view and print statements They have charged minimum monthly fees, when I don't process any cards, statement fees, and other fees I told the person before setting up the account that my business was seasonal and that I didn't process cards every month I was assured that this would be ok and that they "would save me money" Now that I've tried to close the account is when I found out that I supposedly was under contract and they want to charge me the minimum monthly fee for the duration of the contract that supposedly last until August of I have spent numerous hours on the phone, left messages and had unreturned phone calls I have not and will not sign the form authorizing payment of the cancelation fees and I better not be charged any more fees

I think this is a wonderful company most of all the sales person that we have and in the past I think is what makes this company so valuable my sales person Laura B*** is probably one of the best sales person I’ve had in past years being in a small business and dealing with so many credit card merchant accounts so by far one of the main reason I came back is because of LauraLaura B*** makes a big difference in my three café and this is the reason why we are here she is always been there for us and no matter what we need she’s always right there in respondingWe have four cafes not three

I want to acknowledge the outstanding performance we are provided by our customer service representative, Mandy C***Mandy has been an invaluable help to our company and our managers and I must honestly say that if it had not been for her attentiveness and responsiveness I don't believe we would have kept our credit card business with Sekure and North American Bankcard She is an invaluable asset to your business and without her we would probably be out shopping our account., In this day and age it is rare to find a companies representative so diligent in serving the customers needs and handling problems so judiciously Thank you Mandy for all your service to our accountsl
We have received several calls from Sekure at our officeThe representatives are polite and friendly if you're buying into what they're talking about (or even taking a message to call back later), but it has gotten to the point now where the calls are pointlessWe are not using their services, and in order to spare their time and ours, I told the representative today that we are all set and do not require their servicesAt that, the representative became pushy, argumentative, and accusatory, saying that "we aren't selling anything, so I don't know why you're not listening." In our experience, nothing is free, and it is an insult to our intelligence by telling us they aren't selling a serviceLong story short, if Sekure calls again, we will tell them to remove us from the call list
I had the pleasure working with Sekure Merchant Solutions specifically Shawn FHe was very prompt and thoroughI was pleased with the effort he put in to make sure any questions or concerns I had were addressedI would recommend this company to anybody
I would like to thank Danielle B*** and Karen S*** were professional and patient as my Account RepsAnswering every question and handing every situation including when we had a electrical fire that disabled our operation for four (4) monthsThis was really great because we are a very small account

I was contacted by Jason with Sekure Merchant Solutions last FridayI also experienced the pushy sales tactics asking me to place him on hold while I retrieved my latest merchant statement and faxed it to himI did in fact send him the statement later that morning, and received a return call letting me know that a senior account manager would contact me on Monday The senior account manager Christina M*** contacted me Monday and proceeded to tell me she could save me a thousand dollars a monthI asked her if she would email me a copy of her proposal so that I could review itShe emailed it as promisedI decided to do my due diligence and research Sekure Merchant SolutionsI was not impressed with what I discovered after reading many negative reviews and decided that I was no longer interested in Sekure Merchant SolutionsChristina called me this morning and I politely told her that I was no longer interested in making a change at this timeShe immediately started questioning my reason for my lost interestI told her that I had reviewed her proposal and that I had done some research and decided I was happy with our current serviceThis immediately upset her and she raised her voice and told me that they had a rating with the Revdex.comI then told her that some of the negative reviews with the Revdex.com influenced my decisionShe then proceeded to raise her voice and talk over meI AGAIN thanked her for her time but said I was NOT interestedShe was very upset and extremely rude and insisted that she speak with the ownerI told her that I had discussed it with the owner and that we were not interested She continued to talk over me and I finally hung up on herIt is my experience that any company or service that must use this type of aggressive sales tactics is typically sketchy at bestI will never give them the time of day again
This company has been calling our business for over a yearWe have repeatedly told them we are not interested in their services and to please stop callingThe callers are always pushy and relentlessOnce I had to hang up on them mid-sentence, and they called me back immediately saying they were not finished and continued to rant at meThey will simply not take no for an answer, even after I explained to them that their sales tactics felt like an assault
We receive sales calls like this all the time, but instead of just trying to make a sale, the rep flat out lied claiming he actually spoke with the owner of our company and was just waiting for us to submit our info for review saying to fax our information to ###-###-#### or to email to ***Rep's name is George H*** ###-###-#### said we agreed to send over our forms "a couple of months ago", then when I pressed him for when he spoke to the owner, he said October (today is Nov 2), when pressed further saying October wasn't months ago, more like days, he then said early OctoberThe owner never takes calls like this, as it's my jobSo I called back to speak to a supervisor to make sure that we are removed from their calling listIt's one thing to make a cold call and try to make a saleI can respect thatBut it's a totally different thing to lie and have slimy sales tactics to try to trick people into supplying informationThis is how scammers workIf you have a product you can be proud of, you don't need to lie and be deceitful to make a sale(Note: in previous interactions with Sekure Merchant, I have been hung up on when they didn't like the questions I ask them back.)
I have been using Sekure Merchant Solutions for approximately years now and without a doubt have never received better customer service I was fortunate enough to land Jamie Lee C*** as my customer representative Every problem, every issue, every explanation came mainly from her I didn't love them all but the service I received has kept me there because I know who and what I am getting This company has been well worth the move and they strive to satisfy me and they are CONSISTENT! All business comes with bumps and bruises but getting this type of effort is very gratifying A++ *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

Every time I've had a question or a concern, they have stepped up and satisfied the situation They are very personable, and get the job done! Great to work with!!!
