I did have some trouble setting up one of my companies for credit cards However, Ryan R*** stuck with me for a solid month until he got it all worked out He even stuck with me through call transfers and long hold times, until he got to the right people and got it resolved On one of the calls, Ryan called the person I needed and sat on hold Once they answered, hey then called me and connected me, so that I didn't have to sit on holdNow it is up an running thanks to the efforts of one dedicated employee

We keep receiving phone calls after I have expressed numerous times that we are not interested They keep saying they are returning my call I have never once called them

We believe we have amicably resolved this complaint. The merchant spoke with the Sales Manager earlier today - we offered our apologies and we have ensured all number associated with this company are put onto our DNC list.

[redacted] has spoken with an agent in our office, Samantha, who is assisting in having the account closed. The cancellation letters were sent to [redacted] on the [redacted] of March, along with instructions on how to return the equipment to the processor. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a...

misunderstanding with the terminal, as we do not work with processors who lease their equipment. The terminal that was used by the business was a free placement that was sent to the business to use free of charge, with no lease or rental fees.  This was explained to [redacted] when Samantha spoke with her on the [redacted] of March 2016 during that conversation [redacted] realized the leasing company has a similar name to the processor but are not the same business. [redacted] explained that she will work with the owner of the business to clear up the lease and thanked Samantha for her help.
